    Understanding that they never made the Finals, this was unarguably the most entertaining and greatest era of Suns basketball 🏀. They literally came out nowhere and started DESTROYING other teams.

      Ut wasn't out of nowhere. D'Antoni had already knew with the right team it would work and just added to the Davis led Warriors structure.

    Lakers thought Lonzo Ball would re-create this with his deep outlet passes, but Steve Nash was feared as a 3-point shooter. 😀😀😀
    It doesn't lead to success in the NBA Playoffs because defensive players care more in the NBA Playoffs and will keep sending 3 defenders back in transition.

      I believe they wanted spurs to win that year. Tim donaghy even admitted that in that investigation. He called a bunch fouls against Phoenix in that series. Fixed alot games.

    That offense was incredible. Someone asked me if it could of worked with Kidd. If Kidd could shoot like Steve than aboustely. Steph curry it could of worked with. Steve was the right point guard for the 7 second offense.

      Kidd would have been alright averaging 13 asts or so to make up for his shooting. I think Kidd was a better PG, though yes the shooting is worth considering. Defense and rebounding also nods to Kidd

      Point guard's ability as a 3-point shooter is a huge factor. 😀😀😀 Keeps the point guard defender from sagging off to clog the paint.

    True definition of a point guard and all time top 5 pg ofr all time the pg is supposed to make the game easier foe the teammates and he was a perfect example of that i dont watch nba no more but when i did i was always check to see when the suns play.to nash do flashy passes

    We all believed That Stoudmire and Nash would be the next John Stockton and Karl Malone. All smoke and Mirrors. 92 93 still historical. Nash had a talent team,but never had on them to get a NBA Ring

    David stern cost them the title in 2007. Tim Duncan came of the bench too earlier in the game. But we don't suspend all time greats. Besides stern wanted Duncan vs LeBron

    LOL that they invented it. What about Cousy and The Celtics in the 50s or the 80s Lakers? I am a Suns fan 100% and have lived in the valley for over 30 years but The Suns did not invent it.

    The also got robbed of at least one championship everybody who knows bball who was watching that series vs the spurs knows without the bullshit starting with horry hip checking Nash into the scorers table then Pop making sure as many key players got suspended for putting toes on the court was total bullshit and they would have blown the spurs out and they knew it I think pop sent horry to do that and had guys watching the sideline to get as big of an advantage as possible total bullshit
