A better-looking estate than the previous one. Two things that depreciate the property value are the mosque and walling off of the houses thereby hiding their beauty. NICON estate is more prestigious.
I can’t even remember anything in GRA I lived here for years can’t recall anything ok I think I can recognize some houses from the old view you showed I remember show your receipt days no receipt no entry 😂 so I used to tell my friends to call b4 coming. I hope I can concentrate on work today

The mainland has many nice & moderate estate especially in Ikeja, there is one in Allen Avenue, where HIP TV & Galaxy TV operates from, they also have a nice club house there & other commercial activities. Beautiful contents, please keep it up.

Back in the mid 199's, there used to be a restaurant called the Home on Ogudu road toward the Ojota bus stop. I had my first taste of Shawarma there. Lol. I want to know if the restaurant is still there?
Was right in the middle, directly opposite that roadside unit estate along Ogudu road. It was the real deal back in the late 199's. Keep up your excellent work. Your video reminds me of where it all started, and I'm grateful to God for where I am today.
