No doubt in my mind nigeria will become the super power of africa once they get full electric power, no generators , open canals and electric poles ans wires showing, great job as usual showing nigeria.
Loved seeing this.... nice... I was often at Mega Chicken when I was in Nigeria. Their food is really good...hope it's still as good..(smiles), because I intend to visit them again and eat at my favorite table upstairs, at the place.
Hi Tolu I bumped in2 your channel couple of months ago, and I just wanna say, I do love your contents n want to commend you for what you're doing. Was wondering if you could do a video on festac town, I spent my childhood there, (4th avenue, 401 Rd) I haven't been there for almost 30yrs
Thank you so much for staying with me on this channel I appreciate it. 30yrs!! Please can you also resend your request using the contacts in the description so I won’t loose it here in the comment section. Thank you.
Very nice, sadly I have never been to this beautiful part of town, ever wondered if the harmony presented on the exterior of those beautiful buildings reflects what presents in the interior. I leave you to pounder, 😁 anyways keep up the great work, I now have a lot of places to visit once I am in lagos
Lived in Lagos for 30+ years and I’ve literally never had a reason to visit this part of the city, it’s Ikeja-Surulere-island, maybe Alimosho and Ikorodu once in a while… but not here.
Nice one!! I do know festac from years back but l'm not sure l know this part as such, nice though.Lagos is basically a business centre, don't bother living there if you want peace of mind. 🤣😄 I live in a quiet village in England, apart from the local Post office that has a shop as well it feels like a privilege to find a store/shop around. 🤣Thank you Tolu.
Love your content I live at Lakeview estate phase 2, in amuwo odofin. Although traffic can be crazy around Apple junction at times, not a bad environment to live if you love to live on the mainland
Thank You so much... th-cam.com/video/SGoYB0FHNP0/w-d-xo.html Pinnock beach Estate I will try to do more. I also have properties there for sale +234 9135000464 (WhatsApp)
It saddens me when I think of the business opportunity I missed as far back as 2007, that's 15 years ago. We were tenants at one of the street in Ago Palace way then. The agent approached me to buy a piece of land then at 3m, as he wants to buy about 3plots, at Apple Junction area. I declined. He went to buy it all. After two years, he sold all three for 9m each and bought again. That was when the roads were really terrible, so I understand what the lady was saying. Imagine 15yrs ago, if I had bought. Now that area is a prime area, with most of the roads interlocked. Now properties are super expensive now and really beautiful. I regret that seriously!!
Aww that was an opportunity. I pray for great investment opportunities for you …you will be able to see it even when others don’t in Jesus name. Thank You for sharing with us. I will still show Ago Palace way in another video.
As with most areas of Lagos, the emphasis is placed solely on the building!!! Very little attention is placed on the environment! So the open gutters, the half hearted attempts to landscaping, the uneven pavements, the heaps of mounds of leftover gravel and sharp sand situated outside the homes… all makes the entire neighbourhood to be way below par! I wish for real local governments in Nigeria so as to be able to build the country from the bottom up! Thanks Tolu!
It shouldn't matter what tribe she is...should it?...as long as she creates good content. Not bashing you my brother...one love...., just wondering thats all...(smiles),... If you are simply curious... then... Her name is Tolu, it shows that she is Yoruba... but I would still watch if her name was Chinyere, Ese or Mariam...She is proudly Nigerian.
