Is really concerning if the contractor that is building Abuja is the one also building the rest State and The only state that is following Abuja standard of road is Akwa ibom

This is literally where most of the diplomats in Nigeria live and work. “Expensive” is relative in my humble opinion; compared to other districts in Abuja, Maitama is one of the most expensive neighborhoods. But to a foreigner who earns more in foreign currency, what is considered expensive might just be affordable 🤷🏼♂️
“Scavengers” can come from anywhere, and not just from the North. Every ethnic, tribal or racial group will always have criminal elements in them. That said, the FCT police is straining every nerve to nip the activities of miscreants in the board. Manholes are now covered with concrete rings rather than the metal panels that used to be the case. Thank you abundantly for watching 🙏
For all its tarred roads and imposing mansions and tree lined streets, Maitama might have a problem with refuse/garbage collection!! By far too many houses have overflowing bins and piles of cutdown branches in front of the buildings! And the overall landscaping could be more intentional!
