I didn't grow up with an appreciation of art and often had my interests in art squashed by external sources. Only as an adult have I been able to take myself to galleries and learn to appreciate art, to the point where regular visits to galleries is part of my self care. I loved getting to see these galleries from your perspective!

When I was a U of I student, I used to go on lonely trips to the Art Institute. It is still my mental happy place when I'm stressed out by work. Now that I'm back in Asia, I found I miss Illinois very much, and I miss the theatre, contemporary movement, and the folky art scene there.
Loved this exploration so much. Felt like I was exploring these exhibits first hand!! Great insightful perspectives on modern art too, it truly does reflect the nature of the perceiver just as much as it does the artist themselves. So raw!! 🌞 🪴

You shouldn't feed birds bread, crackers, flour, things it fills their belly's but doesn't give them nourishment so they stop looking for bugs and seeds witch give them energy then they can't fly and they starve to death 😢
