I bloody loved this show, I even got a changing rooms dolls house that you decorate as a kid 😂 my mum could never understand why us kids watched it, she didn't like the show. Hey no shame I still Stan ✊👏💖

It’s Sunday morning and I’ve made the fatal mistake of going down a ‘Changing Rooms’ rabbit hole. I wonder how many episodes I can watch in day?😂
If the BBC had any sense all of these old shows. and other types - Ground Force and the likes - would be on iPlayer box sets.

They have two days to redo the rooms and yet they choose to tackle time intensive projects like placing tiles and those stupid string doors. The results are ugly.

Designers always make everything impractical. Those string doors will collect dust and cobwebs in no time at all and that coffee table was ridiculous. In Laurence's room, who sits on the floor to eat and the "tables" are full of junk. Removing the wood and putting glass panels in cupboard doors is a ludicrous idea. One slam and the glass will shatter. Don't even get me started on the cheap "rug" on the floor. Both rooms are awful.
