This is quite insane, before using this I was very obsessed with growing taller and I noticed the more I obsessed about it the more I would get reminded that I haven’t gotten any taller and it made me block my manifestations from happening. @@adithyav.b6055I listen to them for 30 minutes, Morning, afternoon, night before I sleep, I also listen to booster that's in the description each time once or twice. I also start doing body weight excerise to keep myself fit, drink lots of water (recommend for ur age). Hope that help 😊
