    I've been doing some digging online and I think I've concluded that there are some cheap titanium backpacking stoves available...but none of them are like the Timberwolf stove. Some of them are super sketchy and the dampers are almost dangerous! I think this is the stove for me. Thank you!

    Very good review, the bottom of the stove is an excellent place to keep the food warm. In some hot tents, the stove has to be fitted closer to the wall and will be a nice option to have a buffer plate to fir at the back of the stove leaving a gap of about 2" between the stove back wall and the buffer plate. One thing that works well to have good insulation between the stove and the tent floor is sourcing the insulation batts (asbestos-free) used on good quality domestic stoves. Get them cheap from old stoves are a good way to save money.

    Hey Lonewolf...i got a question about the stovepipe you use on the stoves. I notice each one comes with its own pipe, but if you had to, can you use the same pipe on most stoves like that?

    • @Lonewolfwildcamping
      @Lonewolfwildcamping  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Good question yes I actually use one pipe on most of my titanium stoves and save the others for spare pipes at a later date. I do however have different length pipes for different tents as well .😊

    Can't wait for the comparison with the T1 mini. I was going to order one soon, but I like the design of this better. My only concern is why they went with the thinner TI this time, that was a big part of what sold me on pomoly over a luxe stove.

    • @Lonewolfwildcamping
      @Lonewolfwildcamping  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Its an excellent stove, the reason for the thinner titanium ( not too thin like other brands that fail) is to help keep the stove lightweight. As it is the lonewolf902 edition I wanted a very lightweight and strong stove to use in any conditions 🤙🔥🏕

    • @Catbus-Driver
      @Catbus-Driver 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@Lonewolfwildcamping Oh for sure, it looks incredibly solid still. I'm just curious about how the heat retention will be compared to the 1mm on the really cold nights. I guess in a small set up it won't really make a big difference anyways tho.
      One thing I figured I should mention, might have missed it in the video. Technically this is the most affordable stove in the pomoly lineup now. They sell yours as a package with everything included, so the price appears higher to people at first glance than the T1 mini. But if you include the 2m chimney and spark arrestor with the T1 mini, it becomes slightly more expensive.
      Cheers tho man! cant wait for the next video

    • @Lonewolfwildcamping
      @Lonewolfwildcamping  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      The package is very affordable for a bundle kit. I will be honest, 1mm or even 1 inch doesn't matter. When the fire goes out the heat us gone too very quickly
