Nice job! I love this! ❤
Well, I made one today. All I have to do is put the rope on. It stands so well, and will be used for art. I LOVE it!! Thank you.
Oh wow!! Nice! Thank you for sharing that! 🥰
How much did you end up paying for everything??
@@terrainteriors Well, my brother gave me two stained 1x3's, and I had at my home a heavy 1x5" I'd been having for years that I downsized to a 1x3 1/2" and sanded it. So the wood was free. I only had to purchase a 5" heavy duty TEE hinge for about $5.00 at Walmart. I used 9 screws, which I already had. The rope I had on hand as well, and is a 1/4" wide (thick) twine. I think any rope 1/4" wide should work. The easel is very sturdy.
It is perfect! I am going to make this to display a welcome sign at my daughter’s baby shower! Thank you for making this video.
I finished it! I'll send you a pic after the shower!

Thank you so much!! I hope you have a blessed day as well. I appreciate you stopping by. 😊
Hi, what is the rope for? I love how you made this look so easy and it turned out gorgeous. I’m wanting to make one :)
Thank you. The rope holds the extension board in place. If the rope wasn’t there, it would stretch too far back.
Thank you ma'am : )
You are so welcome!
Awesome! Where can I find the measurements?
So sorry I'm just getting to this. And I wish I had added the measurements sooner. I added them to the description box also but here they are: The 2 longest pieces are 71.75 inches which can easily just be 72 inches. The lean back piece is 60 inches. The longer cross board is 28 inches and the shorter one is 10 inches. And if you want to see a picture diagram of the measurements:
