I have this on both feet only my second toe on each foot

I am someone with such an infection and I have lived with it for the past 25 years since 1997.
It began on my right foot and then spread to my left feet as well.
Sometimes it affects the toe as we know about it.
Nail diseases are more common than we think within Africa and the rest of the African Continent.
Then your nail fungal infections is good .

my coson has to nail infection
Anyone know why old people get this more often than young people? More likely to have poor blood flow?
I assumed that older people have a more complex immune system then those who are younger than the average.
