Chevrolet LS Motor Makeover! How to prep, paint & install front drive accessory kit on an LS Motor!

In this week’s video we go into detail on how to prep, prime, paint and clear an LS motor using SPI epoxy primer, PPG Shopline basecoat and clear coat. We use an IWATA LPH400 1.3 tip gun to spray the products. Once the paint has cured we add the dress up kit which includes an F-Body oil pan, an LS1 intake, some ceramic coated exhaust headers and a black anodized, CVF serpentine pulley kit. This pulley kit includes the crank pulley, alternator, AC compressor and water pump. It also included all necessary hardware and brackets to achieve this show quality power plant. We used basic tools consisting of electric impact driver, assortment of hex sockets, metric sockets and a torque wrench. Paint on the motor looks good. The pully kit is 1st class other than the time to install it the first time.

Hi not sure on the brand, not my engine. But yes they were ceramic coated. He got them on ebay
