    Sir my right leg gets heavy after walking. And my left leg feels weak And I think i have a high hip on the left side. I think i put more pressure on my right leg. What might be the reason?

      Putting more pressure on one side can never be the reason, also non uniform pressure distribution itself must have some reason behind it

      Strengthen your hip muscles, glutes, and hamstrings more than your quadriceps.
      Do lunges, squats, VMO strengthening with calf stretching.
      But we need to see your current status to be more precise with Exercises.
      Make a video of how you are climbing and descending stairs along with knee range of motion acquired till now and send me on, 7018915346.

      It comes on the outer side of the knee due to positional fault of Fibula. It gets ok. We have to correct the position of the fibula when the knee is bending and then extending.

      It can be a positional fault or a ligament restriction. I have to examine the knee only then I can exactly be clear about your complaint.
