"This will be the year i'll get organized". I've been saying that for about 20 years now. All I can say now, is to just get a little better each year. 🙂
My flail I bought from Good Works is my 2nd favorite impliment/attachment……right behind the pallet forks. It’s an amazing tool that makes quick work of our overgrown pasture ground we are reclaiming. Small cedars are simply turned to mulch.
Just want to say thank you for another great video your passion for tractors and all the attachments. Your honesty with the products is appreciated it’s a huge help when trying to make the best decision on which implement to buy.
You're welcome to store any attachments at my property. I'll routinely test them to make sure they're not developing any issues while they're sitting :)
Ya, if your looking to start a east coast warehouse we can hook you up with a distribution point here in WV and also a totally different terrain to showcase your products on 😉
I bought a Speeco quick hitch from you a week ago. Fast, free, shipping! I am very happy with it. Now I am modifying my King Kutter tiller to be compatible with the quick hitch. It is the only attachment I have that is not compatible.
Looking forward to trying out my flail mower this year! I'm excited to have longer grass meadows and mow less often. Also looking forward to no coat weather up here in NE MN, it's been a brisk spring
You channel has been great for providing me with lots of information. Looking to be able to buy the summit tractor soon and keeping you in mind for attachments. Thanks for being informative.
Someday I will have a use for a flail mower. I was hoping it would be this year, but the winter was way to wet to do any dirt work at my place, and there's a lot of that to do to cover all my boulders.
Nice mower! Don’t need one so I’m not wanting one. But you might consider having an area where more local customers can try a demo attachment or you might consider leasing out pasture land to farmers or cattle owners. You might also look at what your State is offering for farmers to raise certain crops. A couple friends did really well when ours was needing farmers to try soy beans
I've used something similar to that about thirty or so years ago. if I remember correctly it was made by Olathe and it was a pull behind style and it was powered by 14hp Kawasaki engine. {I think} it used the same blade style as that one you have which worked amazingly well.
You can sharpen them, especially the hammer blades (See: A Ritter bit will do channel as he does this. I have y blades and only a few hours on mine, I might invest in a second set of hammer blades to switch off at times of the year. I use this as my primary mower but there are times I want to bash through some heavy brush
Is it possible to do a combination of hammer and Y blades at the same time? Not sure if the balancing would be thrown off or what advantage, if any, would be had? The thought occurred that it might provide the benefits from both blades. What do you think? Thanks
I see the appeal with this flail mower, and it definitely has good results. But I don't see any advantage over the stock belly-mower deck that came on my John Deere 425.
I bought a Pheonix(Sicma) flail mower. Yep hate it. Didn’t research enough to see that the blade change is a huge hassle and I’m missing half of the them because how they are attached. Very expensive lesson learned.
Hi Courtney, im sure you'v seen some of the new electric tractors, what do you think ? I would love to see you test one. An honest opinion aint easy to find these days. Keep it up.

"This will be the year i'll get organized".
I've been saying that for about 20 years now. All I can say now, is to just get a little better each year. 🙂
This time of year is always good for mental reset. Get outside and just take a deep breath and take in the shear beauty of what surrounds you.

What a great little Flail Mower. No wonder you sell out all the time.
Congratulations on continuing to provide quality products.

My Del Morino finally arrived in November last year. Can’t wait to use it! I can see why it’s a popular option for compact tractor owners.
Love your messages at the end of your videos.
Did a nice job on both plots!!
You channel has been great for providing me with lots of information. Looking to be able to buy the summit tractor soon and keeping you in mind for attachments. Thanks for being informative.
Your property is so nice I’d be in tractor heaven with that much tractor work

FYI……. The last 10 seconds of this video caused you to go up many notches with me. Never knew before. Good Works ……Good stuff…… only hope.
Beautiful property. Looking forward to seeing some summer projects.
Love mine, just wish I had gotten it sooner.

I still have too much snow to move before I can mow.😂 I'm about 4 hours North of you .
Can we get an update on the versaforks 😁 I'll be ordering those when they are available (and probably a speeco hitch)
Very nice. Do they have a shoe for height adjustment? 1”-6” for food plots?
Can flail blades be sharpened? Or just replace them
You can sharpen them, especially the hammer blades (See: A Ritter bit will do channel as he does this. hey Courtney since you have been using the summit tractor do you miss the auto thoddle
Hey Al, I don't miss it. I switched from the 1025r which didn't have auto throttle anyways.
@@GoodWorksTractors thank you

Would be good to know your assessment of tracked tractors.
That flail cuts nice.
I need new v belts for the funny too 158c. Where can I get them?
Looking good!
Do you sell replacement belts and blades for them?
Are you planning to fix the road? Looks like a decent low spot you have there.
very handy👍
Definitely does a nice job great video
I see the appeal with this flail mower, and it definitely has good results. But I don't see any advantage over the stock belly-mower deck that came on my John Deere 425.
Quieter, finer cut, cutting up larger material. Also most of us do not own a belly mower for a John Deere 425.
I'd LOVE one of those, but kinda on the pricey side, wish I bought one when I bought my tractor, and rolled it into the loan.
Would a X728 (27HP Kawasaki) be able to run a flail mower?
Yes, but I'd go with a smaller version like the 42", possibly 52" at most.
I bought a Pheonix(Sicma) flail mower. Yep hate it. Didn’t research enough to see that the blade change is a huge hassle and I’m missing half of the them because how they are attached. Very expensive lesson learned.
How much are hammers for 52"
Do you have a flail mower that works on a quick hitch
That one was being used on a quick hitch while he was mowing with it, so yes.
You could culti pack that area you cut, then both broad cast your seed and culti pack again and your food plot is done!
I have the B7200 Koabot
What is the price for one ???
$6,999. Click on the link in the video description
No, the price for the Funny Top starts at $3400. The Funny Super which has hydraulic controls starts at $6900.
Trying to order one 😢
I think it’s cruel to have attachments that Canadians can’t access easily. Of course the taxes here would double the prices for us anyway.
