When I was young, why did my english teacher never teach me the most important part of english level like this? He left me confused. Sometimes I learn so much when native english speakers are talking with me, I pinpoint a lot the dos and the don'ts, and I'm like, wow, why their intonation in their pronunciation doesn't sound monotone and flat like mine does? They seem to sing it, and I like it. And right now, I get your video. Thank's, anyway. Never run out of ideas to help us improve our english skill ! Your video is so helpful to many million people who are not native, I'm one.

Most of english teachers in Indonesia don't speak English well and the way they teach is bad.

@@mustafizrahman9291 I am nine months late but, to everyone else reading this, logically actually has 4 syallbles , lo( pronounced like lah),gi,ca,lly. Remember that when counting syallbles , each syallbles ,uss have only *one* vowel and one or more consonant sounds. When you say logic as one syallble , you are including 2 vowels.Try pronouncing it clearly, you will hear both the aah sound , (meaning the vowel a) and eek sound meaning the vowel e. Hence 2 vowels are included instead of 1.
      Hope that clears it.

My advice is to not learn rules and exceptions, it's confusing.
Treat every word on its own. Practice listening, speaking, reading aloud. In time you'll learn them bit by bit and pronounce instinctively.
Don't stress about making mistakes, it's normal, as speaking in a foreign language is like growing a child in your head, with it's own voice and way of thinking. It took you years to speak your native language, it will take years to learn a new one.
    You are amazing

But rules can help you learn things more quickly - you don't have to look up the dictionaries to find where to stress every time.

@@yvettecrystal6075 100% fact. For some his advice might learn but honestly... just follow the rules and if a word is the exception to the rules you've learned then that is a word ull just have to remember. Rules makes things easy to learn when it comes to languages.

@kennethdabrera regular dictionaries or pronouncing dictionaries can tell us which syllable should be stressed in a word made up of more than one syllable. When we learn a new vocabulary entry, we do not learn only its meaning, but also its pronunciation and stresses (the primary stress being very important). Take 'understand'. It should be pronounced /ˌʌndəˈstænd/.

My teacher teaches me a lot but she doesn't have a particular time to teach me 'bout stress and I'm wondering after watching the video of my idols interview. They are not native speakers but one of them can speak efficiently and stressed all the words correctly but I can't so I googled it and I found this useful video. I believe that I can speak better than before and I can stress on the words correctly.

Wow. Powerful content. You made it easy to understand for non-native English learners like me. I really appreciate your works, great teachers you put in a lot of effort in this session. I never came across such a lesson before this.
My main take away from this video is to Focus on the stress syllable and put more stress on it than you think you need.
Pronounce the unstress syllables as faster as I can. If I do this, I will have a contrast in my pronunciation and this will make my word stress more natural and clear.
We are so glad that the video we are getting absolutely for free, It could be worth $30 and more than that, but thanks to the technology, we are able to access such informative content.
    More power to you teachers.
Answer to your question: Yes, as you told right in the beginning that stress is the most important pronunciation point in English, But in the later part of the video I got to know about Contrast that I think it is the most important thing in words by which we can stress the syllable and unstress too.
