You really, really need to write a book. Each chapter could be topics from your amazing videos. I love how you tell from your perspective but not telling what someone should do.

Great video! One tip that might help those that have a hard time visualizing their goals as if they are already happening is to write it out rather than simply seeing it in your mind's eye. Years ago, I read a book called, "Write it Down, Make it Happen" ( I forgot the author) but I found that practice really helped me to focus--especially if you write the goals in the present tense as if they've already materialized.

Thank you Adelina, your clip today offered me a guideline to making big changes in my own life, to dream yes, but a more concrete way to move forward. My ears heard you say, "you worked from the end result......backward". Brilliant! It was like a light bulb went off in my own head for making my own vision become a reality. Thank you for your inspiration! I wish you well on you own new journey, vision, and creating a life of joy and success. I appreciate your thoughtful sharing. Glad you are in a safe place and you are enjoying the journey even when detours happen. Keep smiling its contagious! 🥰💛💫

It’s amazing how our goals manifest; thanks for sharing! Many years ago, I belonged to a group that used these methods. I put my pictures on a calendar, including pictures of my kids with me. I had forgotten about the calendar & photos until about a year ago (family breakup & many physical moves). The house I’m living in is almost identical to the one I had on the calendar. My kids have grown but are very close to me yet today. I have a yard with many gardens & now that I’m retired I get to enjoy life fully. I had an 18 year permanent career that enabled me to be a single parent. I love how the Universe never forgets!
This is why we have to be careful of worrying & being frightened. We sure don’t want to attract more of those feelings!
    Blessings to everyone 🤗💕

Very interesting process! For me, looking back on my life, I am grateful for all the good things that have happened. Even things that did not seem positive, if I judged them in the moment, turned out to be positive in the long run. I have been benefited by "pronoia" (the opposite of paranoia). For seven decades, the right book appears at the right time, the right job, the right partner, it all has unfolded more or less effortlessly. So I now trust the process. I am surrendered to life's benevolence. Every day, in every moment, little gifts. Like this morning's walk the way my feet touch the ground, the way the cloud formations paint the sky, the rabbit hopping across a green lawn, the free concert of bird song, etc. The universe is always conspiring to shower me with blessings.

The world is more connected than we know. When we open ourselves to the possibilities and focus on what we need or what we want to achieve, those pieces will be placed in our path. Through connections casual or intentional we can get closer and closer to our goal or at least knowing and understanding what will be right for us. You will get there Angelina, as you have already proven, and who knows how many you have inspired and helped along the way with their journey. :)

I used to work for a devil boss. One day I'd had enough, walked out, went to a solicitor and took the devil to an industrial tribunal. After that I worked for myself. It's good to have goals to work for and hope that yours all work out for you. I've been watching a channel here in the UK about a couple that bought derelict land in Wales (channel called Camp Out West). They have spent a year clearing out all the debris, and are now about to build tiny homes (one for themselves and others to rent out) and also a camping section. Interesting to watch them and how they have tackled things.......may give you a few ideas to think about even though the land is not in Canada.

Im retiring in about 2 years and will take a pretty good pay cut at a post retirement gig. But even so, i would go now if i could! The stress and agitation is pretty high at my job.

Hi Adelina. You are so good at presenting these videos. You don't just land into the perfect life without Showing Up! While some may wonder, gee look at her great life. She must be lucky. Its so good to share the backstory. I too found spiritual guidance later in life that guided me to change my thinking and actions, that I have now too manifested a life I used to long for. I started a vision board. Put up any picture or quote that brought me joy. It started out on a large frame, which I quickly outgrew! It ended up filling a large section of my wall! Lol. I used to say, My vision is Too Big to be Contained! It longs to be Free! 😂😂 That Always made me grin from ear to ear. And THAT is the Best Energy to put into your dreams. 😉😉 It is sooo wonderful to see others doing the same.
So very happy for you. It is so fun to watch your journey. Thank you for sharing your bright energy, for it enriches us all.

You dropping stuff and making it funny, misjudging pot/container sizes and making THAT funny, etc. i always get so hungry watching them. I’m not vegan, but every single time I’m like “yeah, I’d totally enjoy that!” I have made your tofu scramble and a couple of other things in the two years I’ve followed/been aware. No lie. When you drop stuff or encounter something unexpected while cooking, your expressions and/or commentary are both adorable/funny, because that’s about how I cook too. 😂

I thought of you last Sunday when we cruised by Vancouver Island on the MS Noordam. That was the last day of my Alaskan cruise which, in turn, was the realization of a lifetime goal - visiting all 50 US states. Years ago, following my own divorce and attempts to get my life back on track, I came across similar advice. It said -- FIGURE OUT WHAT YOU WANT AND THEN FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET IT. I've been doing that the past forty years and I've ended up with a beautiful life full of love and joy. Sure I've had setbacks but going after what you want and working towards it never disappoints. Thank you for a great video. And good luck toward you next goals.

Very inspirational video. I like your way of thinking and your explanation on how to get from here to there. I’ve always dreamed of owning a cottage from the time I was a teenager. I don’t know if it's a realistic dream anymore. I’m almost 65, I’m a recent widow and I know longer work. Losing my beautiful husband was the worst thing that ever happened to me and brought me to some very dark places. I’m in a better place now and have decided that life real is worth living. I still have this dream to have my own cottage but I’m thinking maybe I’m too old now. I just don’t know if I’m capable of all that is involved in owning and maintaining a cottage. I’m stuck at that point in my head.

Adelina, todays video was just what I needed - thank you so much. I'm hoping to move from expensive (very) southern California up to the Olympic Penninsula of Washington. Your thoughts of a vision board bring back many memories of the zig zag of life. After my divorce in 2013, I've moved 6 times in the last 10 years. My son wants me to move near him in No. Calif. (again too expensive) as does my daughter, (Nashville TN). Either location just doesn't appeal to me. I will now create my vision board and start to "reverse engineer" my steps on getting there. I'd like to move to the area at the top of the Olympic Penninsula, (Sequim, Port Angeles, Port Townsend) of Washington. It seems to be a good retirement area and since I work remotely I CAN move. Currently Sequim doesn't allow tiny homes (which I am already on the "build list" for one at Timbercraft Tiny homes in AL, but I'm still putting a tiny home there on my vision board and we will just see what God has in store for me. Thank you again for your wonderful inspiration!!

Thankyou for that insight! My problem is I don’t have the “what”. I would like to move into my dad’s house but that would involve moving far from my 2 kids. Can you do a video on how you dealt with the move away from your kids, with a bit about what it’s like now vs what you expected it to be like?

I do not know how old you are,but there is always the possibility that your health gets in the way of your goals.I hope that is not something that happens, but I did not think my life would be upended due to numerous ones when I retired.Plans made were suddenly not possible.

That's always a possibility. I suppose that makes it even more important to go for your dreams. If you watched this video you'll know how that happened for my dad. th-cam.com/video/0s0uLzqyl_E/w-d-xo.html

Maybe in a strange way your old boss. Did you a favor. By being hard to deal with, you realized you had to get away from him. And you had to figure out what you had to do. I'm sure you learned by doing. I also had a boss who was difficult to deal with. And got help from others. Well she got what she wanted but I used that time. To do some very important things. I liked how clear you were about how you go about getting your goals done. Sometimes I just pick a spot and go from there. Maybe one day I will get a nicer boss. But my goal right now is to clean and organize my house.

I'm curious if you had a specific practice where you'd do your visualizations at a certain time in a certain way? Or was it when it occurred to you/you saw your vision boards/etc? Menopause is still giving my mentals a run for their money and I cannot, for the life of me, think of what I want to do. But when I can think straight again I want to be ready!

I’m sorry to hear about those 11 years with the Devil. Glad you got out; I hate thinking of you in such a situation, someone intentionally making you feel that way. 🥺 I don’t think I’ve ever known someone quite like that, so I can’t fully imagine how it was. But I’ve got a few names for him as well. Grrrr…
    PS - I like your dress. Pretty color/design. It’s you. 😁

Visualization is intense, profound, & magical. You're brilliant to always visualize in the present tense; see your goal/dream as happening right now, and it'll manifest before you know it. Don't doubt it.
