Great advise. I too am working on my mind and body link by working on my pain and also using mindfulness and Reiki. I have come a long way in the last 6 months and now am finally starting to see results and finding your Facebook Page and You Tube videos I feel is the last bit of the jigsaw puzzle. Thank you

Omg : the ‘not having any more excuses’ really hits home for me. Wow. Powerful. Awesome video and so great to see your hubby and hear his story. 🤘🏼✨

I've broken FREE of this pattern since filming the video a couple weeks ago! It's amazing! I need to film a follow up. And btw - I had to sit with this "aha" since last summer...we won't change until we're ready, right? And it seems like Stefan's story is helping people too, so yay! It's fun to share this mission with him. Thanks for your enthusiasm and support for this content, I am enjoying your comments each week!

This is amazing!!! I can relate to this video SO much-and I def have a nervous system habit. The area of my life that is creating psychological pain is talking to and connecting to others...and feeling understood and not being good enough of course..a feeling of lack of self empowerment and significance. These epiphanies have happened a lot more lately to me as well! A great lady I have felt a lot of healing from just from her online material is Marisa Peer. Her work is incredible. Sending love to you both!!!

Thank you for sharing! I know Stefan can relate to you. I think a LOT of people have the connection wound, it just manifests differently. LOVE that you're here!

Thank you both for including us in your journey. Listening to you just made me realize my own loop. I retired from a very successful career early to give my older husband the retirement experience of traveling, moving to our dream Florida beach house, etc. We had a great time for about a year. Then I had a legitimate health crisis, which started years of anxiety and illness. In hindsight, I have just realized that allmost every friend we made also started having a continuing health crisis themselves or within their family which consumed them shortly after retiring. Dealing with illness distracts you from dealing with the fears of making a fundamental life change. If you go to enough doctors, someone will find something wrong with you.
I just had two molars extracted, having been told that they were infected toxic old root canals. Two weeks later, I feel worse, not better. The teeth never hurt, but dentists with empty waiting rooms were insisting on expensive re-rootcanal treatment. I now don't think they were the problem. I think that I have never dealt with retiring from a fullfilling life to boredom. I am not sure of how to confront this fact, but I sure am going to try. Thank you so much for your honesty. You have made a difference.

Hey Mary - glad this sparked some insight for you! Very powerful when we come to see what is really driving our behavior right? I'm sorry to hear about your tooth pain and illness. I would love to hear if you begin to turn things around from the inside, by chancing the pattern? I am breaking free of my pattern (not fixating on what's wrong and always fixing myself, which has freed my energy up to focus on other life experiences) and it feels really good!

@@ElishaCeleste Hey! Been going through some of your videos - quick therapy. ☺ This is what I got about ME so far - neglected and mentally abused as a child; got out and achieved great success "fixing" others and myself and loved life; came to a hard crossroad in life and suddenly my size six shorts turned into "pregnant" size 14; had a real medically documented crisis which I couldn't find the answer to despite control freak tons of research; and I spiralled downwards punching all the way. My identity of winning against all odds was dashed and my health suffered.
I really want to see you succeed. Let me do what I do for others, if only to give myself a hand up. I am not a medical professional, but I do have 2801 PubMed medical studies on Chrome, dutifully filed under 100's of point.
You have great self control but could not do more than a 2 and 1/2 day fast. Neither could I. Turns out I had a hyperactive insulin response. My blood glucose was below 50- coma time. A Kraft Glucose AND Insulin test for 3 hours will tell you if insulin is the reason for your sudden weight gain, pregnant look, inability to eliminate everyday heavy metal toxins. Not at all the same as the 2 hour glucose test done by insurance. It only costs about 250. Meridian Lab does a home test. But there are groups where you type in your request, and they send your script to the lab, sight unseen. You may have a teeny benign cyst on your pancreas that is churning out insulin. It is worth a try.

I'm so glad it's helpful! I learn best that way too, which is probably why I share my stories or client stories so much. I can't wait to see how this transforms your life and how you inhabit your body!

I think my biggest belief is that if I do well others will tear me down. And that has certainly happened in my life. Right from being bullied for getting good grades, to being mocked for not drinking, or for being vegetarian. I do struggle with some health issues now that I'm getting older...yet part of me thinks it helps me "fit in", even though I hate being tired and hurting.

  • @ParisLatka

They re-listened to the final part of the video and wrote down the questions you posed… I have been contemplating this and for me there feels like a neurological, emotional, psychological pattern of needing to look a certain way in order to feel valued. This would be experiencing value across-the-board… Romantically, professionally, with my family, friends… I’ve created a story that In order for me to feel valued by life I need to look a certain way. Yikes… That’s so heavy to carry. A lot of pressure! Now that I am noticing this, what would you recommend? I will def so some EFT (tapping) on it but am def open to other suggestions. Thank you thank you thank you 🙏🏼🌟

Paris I just now saw your comment here! I've been inundated lately, so lots slipping through the cracks. I'm going to message you on FB too, with more. For now I will say awareness is step #1, and you have that. I recommend identifying the dominant behaviors that support your limiting belief, and then create behaviors you would replace them with to support the value/believe you want to embody now. Then take immediate action! And these can be small actions, as long as it feels potent to YOU.

Great video, but foam rolling isn´t enough for knee pain (my case). I got a severe case of pes anserine tendonitis although I was foam rolling already. I had to make 30 min of stretches everyday for a month (and keeping the foam rolling) to get better.
