I don'n remember the sizes now, but I can tell you that those on top were very big and the other were regular size you often find on various Alfa Romeos

My bumper certainly doesn't come off as easily as that. The bolts along the top are left handed thread for a start and simply will not pull out when they have been unscrewed.
It is ok, I have worked out what has happened. The part which the bumper screws screw into was coming out as well. Due to corrosion on the threads of the bumper screws. Some plus Gas and mole grips and now it is sorted. Thanks.
If you manage to separate the glass from the housing, you can plastidip it. But it’s easy to damage. Just go around junkyards looking for QV or sportiva headlights, I’m sure you’ll find something
Hi, I put the link where to buy the bumper lip in the video description. It was universal lip I bought from ebay. I didn't film how I wrapped the grill, but you must disassemble the grill to make it easier. There are thousands videos on youtube on how to wrap car parts.
Yes, plastidip is much easier. I did vinyl, because I wanted carbon look. But if I would do it again, I would plasti dip it because wraping the grill is very difficult.
I want to change the radio any ideas on an after market harness.

You need that,when you have a 1.6 diesel under the bonnet? I have exactly the same car,Alfa red colour and 1.6 JTdm. Don't you like the 1.6 JTdm?

Fuel consumption on 1.6 D is 30% better than 2.0 D in every scenario, definitely not the same!

You can just put it on. I removed the bumper to wrap the grill
