- Major League Baseball is doing their best to ruin their own product by failure to market and failure to allow to see what is most important for a business like their own. Their Viewers. With a new copyright controversy happening with MLB TH-camrs things have gotten out of hand with Baseball's unwillingness to allow content and marketing to be done on their product. I hope you guys enjoy my breakdown of the situation. MLB Umpires being bad also doesn't help this case

Jomboy seems more to be a face & voice for a much larger team that puts material together. Not saying it is bad, but a lot of TH-camrs work that way.

The MLB almost wants people to not watch their product. I remember when DodgerFilms used to record bits and pieces of the games for YEARS and was one of the biggest reasons why I'm still such a huge fan of the sport, just one channel was able to reach in the most diverse of places ... but of course the MLB threatened to sue him if he wouldn't stop recording the games. Blackouts, botched tv deals, a Bally sports bankruptcy; it's never been more difficult to watch baseball.
Yup. I remember rewatching those videos every other day in summer 2015. So exciting to see the crew and their reactions. Was very popular among my friends and I in Canada
Even though he uploaded the games 1-2 days AFTER the original game and the main point of those videos was the experience of the stadium and community that you build there instead of the results of the game themselves, they really just don’t get it.

I hadn’t been paying much attention to baseball over the last decade or so. I didn’t have cable, so I couldn’t watch the Phils every day, so I kinda just faded away.
But channels like this(Fuzzy in particular) got me more interested in following the rest of the league. And I found a way to watch the Phils every night without giving any of my money to Comcast!
Fuzzy’s recaps have got me more knowledgeable about the guys I hadn’t heard of. Which is why I was interested to see you Duran video. And after watching it, I decided to go put in my all star selections, just so I could include Duran.
How has any of this hurt MLB? I’m just not seeing it…to me, it seems to be the complete opposite!!
Baseball hates creating fans, it doesnt want YOU talking about it. They want THEM to be talking about it.
I understand, THEM wanting to talk about it, but to grow a league like MLB EVERYONE needs to talk about it!

Some teams are owned by large corporations. Team has a bad year, just write ✍️ it off as a loss on taxes. Hope for a better year next year, still have plenty of financial support.

TH-cam wipes it's ass with the govt instituted "fair use" policy. Essentially, you can legally walk down a public road and a business wants you started because you walked in front of their store. The police arrest you because the businesses we just really don't care about the law.

The MLB not carrying about their fans anymore is the reason I haven't watched a baseball game in over 8 years. All these multi Billionaires fighting with multi Millionaires over a few million dollars just show they don't care about the fans or the game they are paid to play.

As a child I played Tee Ball and as I got older drifted away from baseball. I don’t live in North America so it’s not a common sport for us. 2 years ago I came across a Baseball Doesn’t Exist video randomly in my feed and it got me right back into the game to the point now where I have an MLB tv subscription. MLB has literally made money off me from a TH-camr’s video showing their clips. This shows how stupid Manfred and his yes men really are. I’m sure I am just one example out of 1000’s of how TH-camr’s have assisted the MLB, yet they just want to punish fans once again.
Oh and the poor Fanatics jerseys at a higher price. That’s because MLB is a major investor into Fanatics. Follow the money. Nike takes 100% of the blame because MLB can’t let their investment look bad (or more worse than it already is).
Part of me hopes MLB crumbles... can you believe a monopoly crumbling under it's own stupidity... it would be glorious...
But also, for the sake of creators who work from MLB based content (and also because maybe that's Manfred's plan, maybe he's working in conjunction with Roger Goodell), maybe they just scrap the commissioner and put in someone who... likes their customers.

I lost the 2 MASN channels (Washington & Baltimore) and 2 local broadcast channels (Washington & Pittsburg) due to them being moved to a higher tier at Xfinity. Now no baseball but I got a crappy local Washington station that shows old Caps games and WNBA Mystic games.

Also, corporate accounts pay for luxury suites. Sometimes a Law Firm will rent out an entire section . They may not be fans, go because food, drink, and mingle with their bosses at the game outside of work. Way of the corporate world operates. Even if the stadium 🏟️ is half empty, make it up quickly with corporate accounts
I just watch the Savannah Bananas. Its free, it's entertaining, and their games are sellouts. There are sellouts as well when they play in major league stadiums. Ive been priced out of watching MLB, NFL, and NHL games. Im tired of owners demanding new stadiums at taxpayer expense.

That's all fine, but you're talking to random fans. You SHOULD be talking to other content creators. Specifically, Jomboy, Foul Territory, etc. Creators who have a direct connection to people in MLB. And if MLB won't work with you, get all content creators to convince their viewers to band together and do something. Like not watching baseball for a week, canceling their MLB subscriptions, etc. ALL professional sports games are available on offshore streaming sites. I'm sure people can deal with watching games in a lower quality for a little while to make a point and help out all of you content creators.
FANS of MLB should know what’s happening to the people that they watch in my opinion, I also have multiple other content creators in this videos comments, showing that I’m also resonating with them as well. And showing MLB that “random fans” (which btw you are just as important as me or any content creator is - or at least SHOULD BE - we are all just one extra set of eyes) care about this sort of content helps me, other content creators and ALL YOU viewers as well!

I love baseball. I have a MLB team hat on almost every day. I wear shirts and jerseys. I go to a game as often as possible, usually 3 times a year. I love the sport. I watch almost zero baseball on Tv before the playoffs because they make impossible to watch what you want without buying the whole season. Ignorant.

I thought this might be interesting because of the title, until I got to 3:09. In other words, this video is just advertisement for a product you would like to sell, and you don't like it when one capitalist (MLB) plays hard ball with another (you). You could take another approach and just stop "helping" the MLB as you claim you are, and just stop watching it completely. (That's what I have done with Metallica since the Napster scandal of 1996, which resembles exactly what you are describing but for music.) Perhaps it's the American implementation of capitalism that is the real problem, or maybe you just don't like the consequences of American capitalism, or something down these lines? Make a video about it!
