Great job man, I personally used Hypno, Toxi and Skarm for the whole Open GL portion and made it before the move shift. The important things to note: 1. Hypno can almost always either win lead or do well enough to where your other Pokemon can farm down without having to shield a move, and you only need to swap out against Dark types. Skarm is the safe swap 2. You run Fire Punch and Shadow Ball on Hypno; doing so allows you to beat Galv in the 1 shield, as well as bait that you're a Thunder Punch/Fire Punch Hypno on Mews, Awaks, etc.

I've been struggling and your videos help so much... I tried the same line up and I met up with counter city.... literally lost every lead, switch outs got hard countered.... I literally have to use an odd team just to get a decent match, im not going to say algorithm lol but!!! Every time I use deoxys my matches are predictably losses
Don’t sweat it. Reaching legend is 10% skill, 25% having the right Pokémon and 65% being favored by the algorithm. Your ranking says quite little about how good you are.
Battle starting at 13:21 seemed super sketchy. His stunfisk reaching earthquake on the swap first? Then his stunfisk reaching an earthquake + 2 rockslides while the Tropius only reached 1 leaf blade?

Catching G Fisk's Earthquake with Tropius feels epic every time. Tropius G Fisk core is extremely powerful. I used it with different Pokemon everytime: Azu, Shadow Swampert and my favorite- Vigoroth.

Hey man! Congratulations on Legend :) I’m aiming for that too (stuck in the 2750 for a week now). I have a question regarding fast moves and switches. I have the feeling that recently a lot of fast moves are « hidden/sneaked in » during the switch. In your battle at 26:30, that Azu throws 2 PR while only 10 bubbles are seen. Meaning there are 2 bubbles that happened during their switch. I’ve had a lot of « What?! » moments for the past few days although I’m very careful in the counts... any thoughts on that?
The Numbers under that Pokemon, are that your IVs ? If yes I always thought that you have to have great IVs. But these IVs arent really good. What is the most important thing for League ?
i was six points away from 2750 and then i went 1-4, but two of those games i lost by only one fast move so technically i was two fast moves away from expert rank. then i tanked 100 points 😂 glad to hear you're having more success than that, congrats on legend!

13:27 im glad to see this because this has happened to me alot. It was really noticeable in mirror matches when they would load attacks 2 to 3 turns faster than mine... the rage that I would feel at this bullshit was ridiculous so I stopped playing for a while
