Just a quick note. I think your videos are great! You are obviously an experience rider and mechanic. What I would like to add to your videos would be start off with the music or background sound then let it fade out. It would make it easier for me to hear your comments. I hear you Vlad.. music is too loud and way annoying. And it sounds like James Bond is changing a tire to stop a nuclear bomb from blowing up London or something. Never knew changing a tire could be so dramatic. But seriously, good video, thanks for making it.
Hi Guys, these old videos were in our first year of production. My brother does these and he'd been trying to find the best software while he was going to school learning how to be good at these. His instructor was big on adding music, but we did get carried away and now the old, original files are lost on a crashed computer. Not keen on the wheel being supported on the spokes? There must be quite a bit of weight on them when you are pushing down to get the tyre on? Spokes are not that good at lateral force they are mainly in tension or compression on a bike wheel. Good video though, (Apart from the music!) Cheers.
Makes it looks so easy lol. In my defense, it’s pinched 2 tubes inside. I’ve done dirt bike and MANY bicycle inner tubes. Problem is it’s a new tire that hasn’t been seated and set. Never got a chance to because it always pinches the tube at the end. I guess this tire is just really well built. It’s for a pit bike, and it’s a pain in the ass.
Soapy water everything rubber ,black tape your irons and when you get the tire on blow it up 15lbs and bleed it off then final inflate pinched tubes happen to the best of us , it almost like burning a 20 dollar bill sometimes..
The music is annoying and drowns out some of the descriptions. It's an interesting video but most of the tires offer considerably more resistance than what's seen here, especially older hardened ones.
If you're just watching the video for info and the knot entertainment value then why are you complaining about music? This video is showing me what I need to know how to do and that's all I care about

When he set the volumes, he was not aware that these were that loud. I paid him lunch and keeping his bike tuned, so there was no budget.....Gordon

It is clear that you are a very good tech. But for the love of god, please delete that annoying music. I could barely hear what you are saying.
That's a very soft tyre if you can get it over the bead that easily.
