How to set Text height based on Scale in autocad

How you set up this scale 1:500 to 1000/500 and 2/1 i usually put 1:500 in cad as 1mm paper unit = 500 mm model unit . But I did not understand what factor you will add with your representation of 2/1

Bro i've done this method 3 years ago.This method might work with Swdtm software.Or you can use directly as u have mentioned, just after converting to pdf, View to 100% ,if it is clear then its okay or decrease or increase scale.
