    So this video is all about how i gained weight super fast. Its my honest experience.
    there is no fancy food or workout or supplement taken, but it worked for me .
    Hope it helps you too.
    Below are some things that I ate in order to gain weight.
    *BREAKFAST
    1.Dosa
    2.Idli
    3.Aloo paratha
    4.Poha
    5.Cheese/Chicken sandwhiches
    6.Oats/Rice/Besan Cheela
    7.Paneer Paratha
    8.Banana shake
    9.Juices
    *MID SNACKS
    1.Dryfruits (mixed)
    2.Snickers
    3.Bowl of fruits
    *LUNCH
    1.Dal/Rice/curry (veg/nonveg)/Roti
    *EVENING SNACKS
    1.Juice (orange/watemelon/sweetlime )
    2.Makhana
    3.Cheese toast
    4.Coookies (atta/chocolate)
    *DINNER
    1.Roti/curry/salad(cucumber/tomato)
    1 glass of milk before bed (IT HELPS !!!!! )

    Save your time:
    1. Never skip breakfast
    2. Add dry fruits must in your diet
    3. Eat meals in short breaks
    4. High intake rice, add chicken
    5. 1 glass milk at night
    6. Don't stress
    7. Proper sleep

    This, people is true. And notice when she says that she forced herself to eat, do that. I drank banana and milk smoothie everyday, ate pulses in the evening for about 5 months and I gained 5 kgs. It might not seem like a lot, but for me it is. I have never weighed 50 kgs in my life. I've been 45 kgs since 2014. It's 2021 now. Fight your way through. You'll definitely see results. Good luck ❤

    I have a fast metabolism so I suffer in gaining weight
    But I have a strong will I started to eat a lot of rice and others like nuts , bananas,eggs. I was 40kg on Feb 2020 and in I am now 52kg on Jan 2021.
    To motivate, just think that you are already in your desired weight in your thought everyday

      Eating when stomach growls is very bad. I eat breakfast,lunch,snacks and dinner but in large amount but you should also workout or exercise inorder to burn that in muscles or to not lead to indigestion

    I was 48 kgs.. 5'7 height!.. I used to look so thin.. i used to have my meals on time.. used to add fruits in my diet.. but never gained weight . It's necessary to add protein to your diet!.. take 4 heavy meals atleast... Mrng ,afternoon, evening and at night!.. but in between add some healthy snacks and fruits.. I am now 55 kgs and I feel it's perfect for me as of now!.. I am a vegetarian..

    Each and every point you said is totally truth ! Before a year I use to be like a stick 🥴 but one fine day I decided to gain weight , and then I started eating almonds , Bananas , guys trust me almonds and bananas , helps to gain weight for sure 💯 and even you need to start eating fruits ! You need to just follow these , you need to alwyas be eating something or other ( of high calories ) it will really helps to gain weight ❤️ btw thank you Swetha , your words will help people so much ❤️

Try to eat rice alot , and almonds , don't eat chapathi !     Eat, exercise and sleep properly.

      I am south Indian.... Rice is our main food, and I like to eat rice....
      Everyday..... I drink milk, I take some dry fruits...I add ghee to my good....

      @@nishchithamahendra5093 Carbohydrates do not make muscles but turn to fat and get stored in body through a complex process. White rice is a high GI carb and it is major part of your meal as you said. I don't know what should be your ideal weight but you need to take protein and fat rich foods in your meals and reduce intake of easy carbs like rice. In some people this carbohydrate to fat conversion is not efficient due to diabetes or other issues. What are your food preferences. Are you vegetarian?

      @@nishchithamahendra5093 You need to eat more than 3000 calories per day. Eating little rice and taking one glass of milk will not increase your weight. Read food labels and develop nutritional understanding. Include 80gm of protein, 60gm of fat and 300gm of carbs in five meals and take daily. Do not try to take everything at once. Limit protein and fat to 20-25gm per meal. Get access to a good weighing scale and measure weight every 15 days. Note all the changes in a diary. And you'll see the differences.

    We are watching this video only because of people because they only de motivates us for our underweight .
    People only judge us but they don't know how it is too difficult to gain weight .
    Even in lockdown we have not gain 1 kg weight.
    For us it's very embarrassing to have underweight .
