Im a white belt, and I learned lasso from going to an advanced class once, and now I am getting omoplatas on my peers. With this video, I will become even MORE tricky with it!

What is a scenario where you would NOT use an Omo Crucifix?
To be honest. I don’t have one. If I can get the Omo Crucifix I’ll take it pretty much all the time
