These Jiu Jitsu in Minutes videos are one of the best! I actually prefer them over long instructional videos where they begin to ramble on. These are short, concise, and to the point. They're very similar to Cary Kolat's TH-cam videos that are only about a minute and 30 seconds each before moving on to the next technique. Very good concept!
Yes, I actually do this as well. It honestly isn’t very easy to show in a video like this though. It’s not very easy but it’s possible. I do it by establishing double underhooks from closed guard. Then after I do that I will put both of my feet on my opponent’s hips and build up from there. I push their hips away which makes space for me to get my feet under them and then I wrestle up into a bodylock.
