All cars can be slightly different in how the resets work but in most to do the reset like on this Mercedes you need to have the adblue full yes. We get fill amounts from Autodata but your manual/handbook for your car should also advise how many litres it holds. Once it’s full you can then use the diagnostics to tell the car it’s full
Yes there appeared to be a NOX issue also on this one but the customer wanted me to sort out the issue of it not reading the adblu level when he filled it up. So we got that reading again but if he comes back with any further issues with the nox codes then we need to investigate further :)

Were using the MaxiSys Ultra the top of the line one. 😊
Its expensive but covers most thing we need it to do
Does adblue need to be full before it can be reset as worried so people say you can over fill them cause in g more problems. ????

IF THE NOX IS FAULTY NEED TO BE REPLACED THAT RESET HELP ONLY FOR SHORT TIME
