Seems like a good idea …. Why did the second bucket on the outside - stop the inside bucket from collapsing ? Was it the static vacuum effect between the two buckets ?
The outer bucket adds stiffness and keeps it circular against higher vacuum than a single bucket would.

Japan/バケツを二重にするのはバケツの負圧に対する耐久力のためなんですね？この掃除機の効果は吸い取る物質の質量に寄ると推理しました。即ち軽い物質の場合、例えば木の葉のような場合はバケツに落ちるとは限らず掃除機の本体に吸われてしまいそうです
その場合はバケツに水を入れてゴミはその水を潜るようにすれば、とも思います😅
