- Indulging in a cozy rainy dayy with homemade Ulli Vada and Hyderabadi chicken biryani. I also featured some of the Ramadan Shopping I did. Hope you’ll enjoy this video.
HYDERABADI CHICKEN BIRYANI
500 grams chicken
2 large sized onions fried
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
Lemon juice
2 cloves
1 cinnamon
3 cardamom
5 peppercorns
Bay leaf
1/2 cup yoghurt
Mint leaves
Coriander leaves
2-3 tbsp oil (i used oil in which I fried onions)
Salt to taste
Rice
2 1/2 cups basmati rice (soaked for Half an hour and rinsed)
Water
Whole garam masala
Salt
