Thank you so much for this. I have so many egg plants needed to do something with them. I found this video and going to give it a try this weekend. Thank you loved your video.

Year ago I followed this recipe and came out really delicious. I am lucky I was able to find your video again this year and exited to follow again with my homegrown eggplants 😍.

It would be nice and helpful to hear how your experiment came out and if they are shelf stable in a cellar or do they need to be refrigerated.

Eggplants look very delicious. I want to ask some questions. I have cooked raw eggplants and stored for 15 days before eating. I want to ask why you boil the jars for 40 minutes? Then you keep them in the refrigerator or the jars are kept at the normal temperature of how many centigrade? How long do these eggplant jars last to be eaten? Thanks

How do you serve or use the eggplant in a recipe later when you open it? I am growing eggplant for the first time and first plant has so many blossoms!

How could she answer that when she was experimenting herself? She's teaching you how to do something she's not done before obviously. 🙄

Vegetables that are rounded like that can be dangerous to cut. After you make the first cut, turn the eggplant to have that as a flat base. Then you can continue to slice it safer.
