@aperpetualmess I'm a grandma, teaching my granddaughters (7-15yrs) to crochet. I like to find videos from younger people to get newer ideas. Your generation have come up with such new and creative ideas. I think my granddaughters will love making this. Giving you a follow to see what else you creatively come up with. Keep the creativity growing! Thank you!
this is such a sweet comment thank you so much ! it makes my day, i hope your granddaughters love their creations, you're such a sweet grandma for passing the skills down, it's invaluable
This is the sweetest, most wholesome thing I have read in years
So cute ✨
This comment is so sweet 😭
that is so adorable
Imagine this in glow in the dark yarn
that would be amazing omg
Yes!
Doing that 😂
it’s a thing? omg 😭😭💗💗
I just bought some glow in the dark yarn for myself, I’ll let y’all know how it goes!
Imagine stringing clear beads to replicate dew drops
That would be so fun
Yes!!!
Making one in green/earthy colours for a concert, i added clear kandi/pony beads and it looks amazing!! thanks for the idea 💚
i used this idea for mine and its sooo pretty tysm for the idea!!
@@parker9015 im glad it worked for you!
Im probably gonna do it for another one of mine in the future
@@oli5574ooh which concert you going to?? :D
Round 1 magic circle-double crochet and chain 1 rep 12 slp
Round 2 ch 3 double crochet 12x
Round 3 chain 5 double crochet 12
Round 4 do 15 rows of inc by two every time
then for sleeves, first you make 2 panels of torso part, and sew the sides together
for sleeves, it's 1/2 the amount of how many chains you did in the last torso row sections. slip stitch to finish each row still.
Do as many rows as you want for sleeve length. sew in ends
The sewing the edges of torso panels is kinda confusing so better to watch vid
what size hook? or is it whatever you decide to grab?
@@bandasheeShe recommends a size 3mm hook in the video, but I think it's also up to you and what yarn you use
Ty ty tyyy!!!
I saw this top floating around on Instagram and I was in love! While I am gettig pretty good at crocheting, I'd much rather have a tutorial than just a pattern to talk me through the process. Your voice is so nice and kind and you explain everything very clearly. Thank you for sharing this wonderful top with us!!!!
thank you so much for your sweet words
Just in time for a Spider-Man cosplay! Thank you so much!
ahh !!! that’s genius !
I'm also doing that!! :)
imagined i was a tiny spider spinning webs while making this… wonderful tut! omazing paige put me onto this video btw so thanks to her! 🌀🕷️🕸️
Arachne, is that you?? 🤔
Im a very unbiased viewer, and i must say, this is the best video ive ever seen. U should get an award
supicious suspicous side eye side eye
I think it could be super cool to do a black one with a white long sleeve underneath!!
omg it would look so so cool !!
That's what I'm doing!!!!
I just started to learn how to crochet last Monday and this is the first thing I decided to make! So far it’s not very hard and I’m so excited to see how it goes! 💕
hey! I'm thinking of making this and wondering roughly how many yards it took others to make it
@@paristavakoli6183A bit more than one
@@paristavakoli6183they said in their pinned comment roughly 361 yards depending on your yarn and hook size 😊 hope it goes well!!
i’ve been searching for a good tutorial for this for sooo long, i had to subscribe immediately! can’t wait to make this!
My daughter would wear this all the time but I’m definitely going to make it in time for Halloween. I think with sparkly yarn it would look really good!
Oooo sparkly yarn is such a good idea!!
Well when you posted this you would've had time lol
I’m halfway done with my first sleeve and I absolutely love the pattern. I commented earlier when I didn’t have my yarn but I am so happy with the way this is developing. It’s definitely going to be implemented in my Halloween outfit.
this is my first ever big piece im making and so far it's turning out really well thank you so much for the tutorial
Thank you so much for this great tutorial! This top was the first thing I crocheted in 10 years and it turned out great!
THANK YOU FOR THIS!!! I’ve never made a clothing item and am new to crochet and this is such an amazing original design and when I make one I’m SO letting people know who came up with this- proud of how cool of a person you are- from human to human I see you girl🥹✨🫶🏻
I was searching for a nice tutorial and I literally fall in love with your voice and kindness ❤, I subscribed immediately! Thank you so much.
i saw this video and immediately started working on one of those. thank you, its such a fun project and i really like the finished look!
hi everyone ! just wanted to pop in and say thank you so much for all the love on this video !!!
- as much as i love seeing everyone's tops posted on social media (you guys are seriously so amazing and talented
I actually have a question about this too it's not about the size when you were making your did it start to curve on you ?? If so as you made more rows did it stop?
The white top had 11 columns, but the red had 12. Why is that?
Not something you came up with yourself this has been a thing for years especially crocheted cob webs for the corner of your room everyone can definitely make this and sell it I made these in high-school while you were still a twinkle in your fathers eye. Stop with the hustle scams.
@@amiyapatterson1810to answer your question you may be crochet too tight. Chain a little looser for each thread and when you double crochet or try a bigger hook.
@@Panda-od9uj hello ! thank you for your comment, for clarification i’m not claiming to come up with the idea of creating spiderwebs through crochet, this specific top is just a pattern i put together myself. everyone is free to come up with their own designs and patterns and do with them what they will ! hope that helps.
you have such a calming voice, listening to you is somehow soothing
you’re the absolute best for dropping this tutorial 😭

Hi! Sorry to bother you, but how much yarn did you use to make it complete? I don't see that info in the video and I don't know how much yarn I should buy :(
@@candelaizzo2406 hiii I would personally buy at least 2 balls of yarn!
@@shorey9078 thank u!🫶🏻
You’re amazing for sharing this
I don't speak English, but I want to say that you have a beautiful voice and thank you for the tutorial! :3 I've been looking for a tutorial on this cool thing for a very long time
Omg now i know what im making for my daughter ❤
Omg it looks so cool
Wao, this looks amazing. 😀Well done. I love everything about it. ❤I think it would also look good with a long sleeve that is tight at the wrist because then the waist would be higher than the ends of the sleeves and that would also look very modern.
This is really dope. It has Killstar vibes!😍😈🥰 Thanks so much for the pattern!🙏
I love this! How much Yarn did you use?
