How much would the penultimate one cost nowadays? I'm thinking about purchasing one for my Dad in Chevoit Hills, Los Angeles, and am wondering how much it has gone up in value.

Sadly, this price doesn't hold up in 2022. Ugh like 50% increase in pool prices in one year is insane. I'm in Minnesota
