This channel is amazing, thank you very much for such informative video, awesome. please continue doing like this, testing the reel in real life and giving feedback 👏👏👏👏
Thank you for an amazing and very descriptive review! I currently use the caldia 8000 and I am considering upgrading the roller bushings to bearings instead.

I've been fortunate to try 21 twinpower, saltiga 20, certate sw 21 6/10k, saltist 6/10k and caldia sw 10k. Saltiga 2020 blows them out of the water theres nothing like it on the market. Keen on trying the 24 Certate sw soon
@@surfninjafishing8297 They aren't bad reels, Shimano does sealing very good starting from their 200$ Spheros SW. I like the Daiwa's bit more because they are rigid under load. You get what you pay for.
It's all the same, right from daiwa bg upto the saltiga specially the SW series they share the same internals....you can use the daiwa bg mq 10k main body and use a 10k saltiga spool....😊 I've been using a 2016 daiwa bg body and certate sw 8000h spool....works fine.
@@JohneytheFishhunter Thank you, we will consider your request :) Just so you know that BG SW is quite the same as the old BG on global market. We are assuming that's the reimported model from global to JDM.
What would you choose between this reel and the new Shimano Stradic SW 2024? They are currently within price range on my country so I'm trying to choose between them. Thanks!
Well, this is only my personal preference but I would select Stradic SW if I were you. The reason is because I just like the feeling of SHIMANO bail, which opens and close still and solid. Also Stradic SW has 1 x ball bearing in the line roller.
Hello, I would like to buy a reel for shore jigging which it would be used at depths between 5-20m. Options are Saragosa SW 6000, Caldia SW 6000, Twinpower SW 6000, Penn Authority 4500. Which of these reels would be your choice ? Thanks a lot open for suggestions
If you can reach the TwinPower SW, I would definitely go to TP, as I feel more expensive reels can be more durable. But if you are not that keen to spend that much money, I would go with Saragosa SW probably. I just like the Shimano bail feeling slightly more.
does your caldia sw 8000-h make like a clicking sound when you turn the handle and the reel is pointing down? i have issues with that and i want to know if it is normal or do i have a faulty product and i need to get ir checked
Thank you for your comment, no mine does not do that, it sounds like your case is not normal, just a suggestion base but maybe good to have it checked before something goes worse?

Yeah this is in my case but the line roller rotates well with ball bearings.
@@jpfishingtacklenews195 how'd you get the bearings? any links want to share? thanks!

Great to hear you found the one you prefer :) That's nice reel too, I just personally think it all depends on personal preference so go stick with it!
for 1000$ it should!
Plz give review for BG sw
Thank you for your request! May we confirm which model of BG, like 2023 BG JDM, or BG MQ?
