Listening to this while pumping. My baby is 2 months old and I’ve been exclusively pumping since she was 1 week old due to latch issues. Last night I was considering quitting during my last pump session of the night. I’ve been so tired and exhausted waking up to pump during the middle of the night. This video was posted right as I woke up to pump this early morning. I considered it as a sign not to quit. That my baby needs me as much as I need her. Thank you so much for this video 💕

Proud of you! I just finished my pumping journey at 7 months, I chose to stop because I personally needed to. Just wanted to encourage to keep going if you want to! Way to go! It’s hard but worth it for our babies.

I’m listening to this while pumping now. It’s very soothing. Anything I can find helps bcuz this is HARD and discouraging when you’re not making a lot of milk.

Thank you for uploading this. I feel it’s so hard to find pumping motivation for those exclusively pumping. Things are geared more towards nursing mothers, and while EP is breastfeeding, it surly is still a rigorous and motherly journey that needs more motivation to stay dedicated. So glad to see some content to help encourage those moms that may need this while having babies in the NICU and pumping out stress.

I just cried listening to this while pumping at work. I listened to your affirmations for birth and my birth didn’t go as planned (yay Breech and meconium) but your voice recalls memories of peace for me. And this helped me today. 💕

I’m in day 5 of pumping. Baby boy is is the NICU and I’ve been exclusively best as I can. I want to produce enough for him. Thank you for this help to keep me calm while I’m home pumping. I miss him so much and want him home.

I’ve been pumping and breastfeeding since my baby girl was born. She is 7 weeks today. I’m going to try the tips you recommended. I was producing about 3-4oz between both breast and now all the sudden under 2oz. I’m trying not to stress out. My baby needs me just as much as I need her. 🙏🏼💜

I have a "barracuda baby" and was told to only pump for the next two weeks yesterday. It made me cry. This is a very emotional thing for us sometimes.

Thank you for this. I am thankful for my pump to allow me to feed my 5mnths old daughter (4adj). And following this video helps me really center and be in the moment, away from distractors.

My baby was born at 25 weeks and I did 15 weeks of pumping exclusively, then mixed until she was strong enough to only breastfeed. She is now 20 months actual (16 months corrected) and I’ve noticed how BF has become a struggle. Maybe she’s self-weaning or maybe I’m producing less. I’m not ready to stop, so here I am again - 6, maybe 9 months after I last pumped. I was resistant to it but as soon as I put your meditation on, my attitude changed. I had an open-heart surgery 3 months PP, while she was still fighting for her life in the NICU, and your meditations played such an important role in my journey. Not sure if I ever commented, so I wanted to sincerely thank you for the wonderful work you’re doing ☺️ And your voice is so genuine and calming 💞

I’m a nicu mama and grieving the loss of a nursing relationship. I’m 3 weeks pp and practice with her daily to nurse but no success yet. How did you get to be able to nurse again? I’d love to strictly nurse and have the pump behind but even if it doesn’t work, I’ll keep pumping for her to give her the best I can.

@@RachelsRandomReviews hey mama, I’m so sorry to hear about your NICU journey. Is your baby ready to nurse yet - at how many weeks was she born? Either way, I’d say just keep trying. A good friend of mine had struggles with her term-baby for the first few weeks but then exclusively nursed until 13 months :) and keep believing - I always had a vision of my baby breastfeeding in my mind which is what kept me going until she was ready for my boob.

For baby not latching properly, how long should a mother pump? Does the baby learn once it’s grown up or how does it work. The midwife doesn’t seem to help or provide an answer. Please help

I get vary little milk when I pump (2oz) My baby is 2 months old, 4 weeks adjusted. Is there still a chance I can increase my milk supply? Do you think the affirmations will help Or is it to late?

Why don’t you tell the truth about cytotec? I almost lost my life and my child’s life using that medication!! At the age of 22 I had to have my uterus and cervix removed, never could have another child and my baby suffered from seizures. Wasn’t out lives important????

    • @Ididntwantayoutubehandl

When has Bridget ever encouraged this medicine? She encourages natural labor & birth when possible. Maybe I’m misreading your comment but it’s a very attacking tone.

    • @ejfong
      @ejfong 3 ปีที่แล้ว

She does have a video about labor induction with cytotec but I found it to be more of an informative video of what it is. I came across it when I was learning about induction and had used it for my labor.
I'm sorry to hear that your labor was so traumatic and a negative experience. I hope your healing well and that your baby is healthy!
