As an "old lady" I loved these comments. I would only add that age 60 I began working out, especially lifting weights. It is critical to remain strong and flexible. Has made a huge difference! It improves your quality of life in every way.

I really agree with your car opinions, the only thing is sometimes, depending on where you live, it's hard to get a job that you don't need a car to get to. Where I live it's lots of neighborhoods. my parents also wanted me to duel enroll at the college while in highschool, so they had to get me a car so I could drive 30 min to college everyday. However, I pay for everything my car needs, gas, tires, oil, etc, and ended up paying half of my car payments. so while sometimes kids can't buy the car outright because a car is necessary for many jobs, they should definitely pay later on

Something I've already figured out at 15 is nobody knows fully what they're talking about, not even me, so I Always try to listen to all points of view so I can at least make educated guesses in life. While most of the time I don't follow what other people say I always try to listen so at the very least I know that I'm 1 step ahead of another person or I can find better ways.
