We need to use mechanical, hand powered machines to make clothes on a neighborhood basis and make enough green space between neighborhoods for food and fiber to grow and have them grow integrated with the natural ecosystem. the consumption of resources used to make rent should be eliminated as well as all money in exchange for a share based economy. This would be the greatest move we could possibly make toward the inseparable goals of ecology and equality. The scale of the problem is so enormous that it takes this level of change to set things right, The notion that wind turbines and solar panels are going to preserve our way of life is derived from being too lazy to do math with all the components of the equation. Without the need for the resources we use to chase money we have a chance. If we don't get rid of the money system we will continue to destroy the earth.
