I'm a little confused about how the aspect penalty works? Do you just have no aspect penalty for heroes or villainy cards?
I believe you pay the aspect penalty depending on what side is up. For example, if the Chancellor Palpatine (Hero) side is up, then you would have to pay the penalty for the villain cards
