Had this most back when it was 45B. Liked bct and ait but my ait was at Aberdeen proving ground. Overall small arms repair is a great most for a person that likes to work basically alone and likes a regimented task schedule. I loved it being on the autism spectrum and love to freak the gun shop commandos by tearing apart a Beretta 92 series and measure spring free lengths by memory it's funny to me. I'm 39 now so I'm past reenlisting age but I'd do this mos again and would love to see how the training changes.

The Army has come a long way in basic training compared to when I went through. The OIF/OEF wars have really reshaped basic training a positive way.
If I could have done it all over again, I would pick 91F as my MOS and want to go through the current basic training standards as I feel the training is superior to what I received.

No, I was asking if this video about 91F was watchable. I set it up to be a premier which is suppose to air at 10am this morning. So I was confused to how you could see it lol. All good and Yes, for the NY Army National Guard the closest POA position is located near Albany. Which is about 3-3.5hrs away from where I am in New York City.

You know how cool would it be if you do interviews with Enlisted soldiers coming From AIT for each MOS. I'm pretty sure recruits these days Storm youtube looking for information Testimonials and experiences of people that went through AIT. My MOS is 25Q and I'm getting shipped in January. Can you make a series of those MOS interview type of videos with a Set of Specific (frequently asked Questions) maybe in a podcast type studio you'll get more views because the military TH-cam Community lacks this type of content, someone gotta start it and make it easier for people to decide their MOSs. I’m really debating about if I want to do SMP and trying to get into aviation for flight, or just putting together a WOFT packet.

You’ll interview for various branches during ROTC. It’s based on the needs of the Army at that time and sometimes having Enlisted experience may SAWH their decision but not always. Graduate in the Top 10% and you’ll have more pull for the branch of choice.
