Hi guys! We hope you liked this video. Let us know what questions shall we answer next time down below in the comments 💌😊
What are the culture shocks (personal and workplace wise) you faced in, let's say, US versus Europe
I have just got an idea to ask question. Does Swiss have Duale Hochschule/Duales Studium program? Thank you in advance.
Yes for a 10000 subscribers meetup! 😊
Yay!! ⭐️❤️
I appreciate the knowledge you've provided, There’s this woman I got in touch with during the last economic recession which cost me my job. Ms. Norman Davis helped me manage my assets by introducing my to the best trading method, I earned a lot of $$$ working with Norman at the comfort of my home. I still keep in touch with the amazing lady
I have a master in mathematical finance, so it wasn’t so easy to get me convinced to begin an investment without me carrying out proper research on her. I had her broker ID checked and she’s fully verified! So I began with a few bucks, only to get huge returns in a month. I reinvested and now I get long term monthly returns… So glad I don’t rely on pay checks anymore.
Most family are struggling to survive. meeting Ms Davina Norman has brought me great success. Even with the economy situation I'm still sure of my $ 15,000 weekly
I want to be financially free , I currently work 2 9-5 jobs and I’m struggling to pay bills along with my moms medical bills. I heard about forex a little while ago and was really interested and wanted to get into for the longest but I never had someone who could help. Can I get her contact? I need her assistance
How can I reach Davina does she have a telegram page??
Yes, she does and is very accessible with the username..........

Me too! :))) having a meeting is a great idea!
Really interesting video. You do a great job by resolving and explaining things about this country. Ojalá vivir algún día en suiza (a poder ser Zúrich) 😅

Great content, nice edits!!🎥🎞️💓
Thanks so much, Anna!! 💌
Very true answers for those who are interested to know about Zurich.
Hey there thanks so much for your kind comment!
Really appreciate this video! It's nice to get to know you a little better and have a better understanding that between your busy working lives, you are able to take the time to make these nice videos in your free time.
It's true that it's somewhat harder to make friends in Zürich, but the friendships that you are able to cultivate and develop are deeper and real friendships.
If you both ever decide to visit Disneyland for vacation, I would love to have the opportunity to meet you for a coffee at Downtown Disney.
I look forward to participating in your scheduled meetup. It sounds like a wonderful idea!!
Have a wonderful upcoming week and I look forward to your future videos on Zürich!!!
Thanks so much for your thoughts 💭 🤗
Great video!!!🎉🎉🎉
❤️
Good Q&A....well done both of you 🙂
Glad you enjoyed it!
Looking forward to the meetup!!
Yay!! 🧡
Yup a MeetUp would be cool!
Thank you for your comment!! Great 😊✨
Wow, what a video! Simple and full of important info. I would also recommend making videos about other cities in Switzerland such as Zug, Geenva, or Bern. I live in Zug where is a hub for multinational businesses. Btw, you are one of the best couples I know:)
Thanks for sharing your opinion and we are very happy that you liked it!
@@claudiaandjanyes, Zug would be great
Hi Claudia and Jan! Glad to watch your great video. Thank you for making this Q & A. I hope I can work as data scientist or study in Switzerland 🇨🇭 one day. Aamiin
Thank you very much. Best of luck!! ✨⭐️
I genuinely love both of you as a couple. Both of you compliment each other so well :) As I am not in Europe, I wouldn’t be able to meet up with you all soon. But in the future, would definitely like to meet ❤
Thank you so much!!
¡Muchas gracias!
Danke schön!
Thank you!! 😊⭐️
Love your content!!! 😊
Thanks a lot!! ❤
Hi Claudia and Jan! First of all, I want to thank you for your videos, as they have been extremely insightful - especially for someone like me, that is about to move to Zurich in January!
Speaking of, as I'm only moving in 3 months, do you think it's too early to start looking for apartments? I'm only going to be able to visit Zurich in the first week of December to actively see some places, so I don't want to waste my time contacting apartments this early that will just not be available by the time I'm able to be in Zurich to visit them.
Also, in terms of the bureaucratic process, can I even take care of the permit, driver's license, insurance, etc., before I get the apartment?
Thanks a lot for what you do, and it would be great to meet up someday around Zurich 😁
Hi Claudia, Jan, thank you for this Q&A! My girlfriend and I are looking to work abroad and we are debating between Netherlands and Switzerland (Zurich specifically).
I noticed that you mentioned you worked and lived in the Netherlands, what would you suggest between the two countries for a couple (both with EU citizenship despite one coming from South America)? We both work in the tech and advertising industry
Although I'm from the very south of Germany, I have never been to Zürich, but would love to see the city soon and a meet-up with you guys would be even better :)
🥰
Yeah Zurich is great Alps nearby, Italy nearby, Croatia nearby.
Thanks for your comment!
A good video. I think for the question about Switzerland being boring, it could be true, but you mustn't forget that Switzerland is very central, so it is easy to go to Berlin, Paris, London or Barcelona for a weekend.
Good point! 🙂👍
Its quite a funny, my case is quite similar to yours: I'm planning to move to CH in order to do MSc in Data Science in ZH and later work there as well, so I started watching your videos to know what I'm up for. My girlfriend, whom I met while we were both abroad, als works in marketing and is actually from CH. She'll also do her MSc coming year. This makes your content even more relatable than it already is 😂
Thanks a lot for your kind comment. Very similar situation indeed!! 😊
Thank You Claudia and Jan...l would like to get info on how to get work as a Conversational English Tutor and as a LifeModel (Figure Model) for Artist who like Drawing at Art Sessions or Art Universities
I have just moved to Zug, outside zurich. I feel I have the best of both worlds, the countryside but still have access to Zurich 14:07 . But finding a flat here is not easy. You can count with your fingers the number of apartments available to rent. .iI would definitely be interested in meeting you in a Meetup.
Thanks for your extensive comment and sharing your insights!
thank you for the video ! I'm planning to look for work in Switzerland as a software engineer from Canada, but also having a citizenship from a EU country.
Thanks for your comment we wish you best of luck!
How common is it for Swiss software companies to hire remote workers from other countries?
Should we know Swiss German or just German. Also, any online platform you would recommend learning this language at least the basic before coming?
How is to find a job for a spanish civical engeener?? Im studding english (want more than advance) and then german!!
This question might not connect to Switzerland directly. But what did you like in the places you were living in? Like Madrid, Amsterdam, Paris, Coppenhagen etc. And what do you like about Zurich more than the others? What was the conclusion? Was Switzerland like a compromise for both of you?
is it kinda easy to get job eventually with in 6 months in pharma, biotech sector as non european after completing masters there in swiss.
What are you thinking about between && and é minute of thé video ?😊 i love your movies
8 am to 5 pm it is long. But maybe it is with commute time, I usually work 8 hours and will be glad to have shorter fridays. Until April we can end work 2h hours earlier in Friday but they cancel it this year as there is general benefit reduction in IT around the word
Thanks for your comment! It’s is without commute time. Have a great Sunday☀️
so it is a bit long as for european standards @@claudiaandjan
Regarding meeting and making new friends in Zurich (Switzerland).
I can't say for sure what might be the cause for not being able to make new friends but I can can say for sure what I believe are the reasons here where I live right now, which is in the San Francisco bay area - *people here are introverted.* Or perhaps more simply, they having a lack of trust in strangers.
Americans are never as introverted as Swiss. You are just making it up.
@@mellyklint6199 Everyone is entitled to speak of their own personal experiences🙂
Hey there, thanks so much for sharing your insights! We understand your situation and hope that you are able to find new friends in SF 😀 It is a great place to be and we wish you all the best 🙂
Hey! We both came to Zurich bwcause of your videos just 3 weeks after we watched you. We'd love to meet up if you end up having one. Appreciate both of you.

Such pure blessings
hey, this is first time I watch your videos. I am from Bangladesh and I am Frontend developer in Bangladesh and work experience around 2 years. How demand in Frontend developer in zurich?
Hey there thanks a lot for your comment! We wish you all the best! I do unfortunately not exactly know how demanded exactly the position as a FE is neither BE or FS. However demand for SE is generally high wherever you go in Europe 😀
❤💝🎊🎉
☺️☀️🥳👍💓
Hello! I found the video very interesting.
I am finishing a double degree in mathematics and computer engineering in Malaga, Spain. I'm thinking about going to Switzerland for a little while. I am also interested in data analysis/engineering. Do you know of any company that offers internships for recent graduates without experience or interships in the Summer? I'm thinking about signing up for the CERN summer intership in Geneva. It can be a very good opportunity. Thank you so much!
¡Hola!
¡Muchas gracias!
Handsome man 🍁
Thanks 🙏
hey Jan, as a fellow software engineer, how do you find life in such expensive city like Zürich on a software engineer wage? I’ve been offered a job there for CHF120K/year, but that number seems too low for me bc of how expensive the city is and bc I also have a family to support (two kids).
I also seem to get offers around 120k, seems like a magic number for software engineers. It is worth it if your wife also earns around the same, otherwise def not worth it, just the rent is 3000chf plus you need to pay 4 health insurances
@@Micha-bp5om damn yeah my wife works as an optician, but she doesn't speak German, which I'm guessing would be a must for someone in that profession in Zurich... I'm screwed lol
Please organize meetup
Thanks a lot for your comment. We take note!! 🥰
Another video idea for you: "How much taxes people pay in Zurich"
Thanks for your insight!
Hi, Thank you for the interesting video! :) Yeah, working in Switzerland is challenging. For example, in my company there are 45h per week. That's a lot! That's the reason why people work 80 or70% to have some work-life balance at least. So everyone willing to work here, mention it ;)
Thanks a lot for your comment. Very interesting information!! 😊
That is really a lot. That's why I prefere living in Germany. Yes, I make only 5300€ after taxes but work life balance is great.
You are a beautiful couple, but why so focused on money? 🤑 Try other way around: love > work > money Does it not work better? 😉
I preferred Zuerich over many other European cities. Zuerich is clean, less criminality than most other Cities like Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, Frankfurt, et all. If not Zuerich, then my choice has been Vienna and Zagreb. NB: By now, I have enough from Europe, especially the evil European Union and I live in Suriname, South America. Ha, ha,ha
Hello thanks for sharing your insights ⭐️
Did really no one ask how much you guys are earning? After you asked all the people in the streets, it would be soo interesting :D
