Wwe crush hour was a cool game. It made time go by if you had nothing to do, it made you bond with people who didn't understand wrestling, and RVD had the best custom wheels. I won all of my races with him every time.
I actualy have fond memories of Crush Hour. It represents a time when games and wrestling itself took more chances. Crush Hour isn't on my worst WWE games list
Why does Crush Hour get so much hate, game wise the game was awesome,wasn't glitchy at all and had multiple game modes,if they release a remake with an online mode it would do way better than most games like it
The funny thing is that WWF Betrayal was made by WayForward, who would later go on to make much better Beat Em Ups in Double Dragon Neon and River City Girls.
@Sarleesee Yeah, Here Comes The Pain is ONE of the best WWE games ever. It's a great game. However, it's just so overrated in my honest opinion. I consider either WWE Smackdown: Shut Your Mouth or WWE Smackdown Vs Raw 2007 to be the best WWE game ever.
Ok Crush hour needs to come off this list lol. I would understand if something was wrong with it but I wasn’t even a wrestling fan at the time because I was really young but I was addicted to it lol
I’m surprised I have expectations too, but here we are. This is what happens when people like a game and want the best for it so they can have the best experience
Because the developers have a easy job to give us a game that has a big roster with nobody cut from the game no exceptions, give us modes and features from back than like GM mode, custom music, the ability to download and have custom titantrons, no more slow gameplay a fast paced and arcade gameplay that is so easy instead they always fucking it up by giving us such a limited roster
Battle Ground is actually a hell of alot of fun. The moves are just limited which kinda kills the replay ability. Once you've seen the move about 5-6 times it's no longer all the exciting.
@@seanwc6746 my friend and I played Battlegrounds a lot when it first came out but now my copy is collecting dust. I would've had more fun with it there were more game modes to play like ladder matches or HIAC. Not to mention grinding to unlock characters and different attires is a drag.
WWE 2K20 didn't just have problems inside of the game, but outside as well. I remember those that ordered the $130 Collector’s Edition (SmackDown 20th Anniversary Edition) of the game, they were supposed to receive an autographed plaque by either three wrestlers: Edge, Kurt Angle, or Rey Mysterio. People were complaining that when they recieved the plaque, they got no signature. Edge, being the real man he is, went out his way to tell all fans that didn't get theirs signed to mail them to him, he'll sign it, and return it if they give him their return address. Also those poor souls that spent over $100 on a game that isn't even worth $20.
Also the story mentions that the change to cars was part of Vince’s new idea for “entertainment” which fits his nature on tv and pursuing whatever is hot lol.
When WWE 2K20 actually works (which is extremely rare) it's fun. But those glitches and crashes and all types of bugs....which is 99.9% of the time, kills the game for everyone.
WWF Betrayal looks like a Double Dragon Clone, and I'm talking about the first Double Dragon game. I don't know why he kept mentioning Streets of Rage, when Double Dragon is a much better comparison.
Because Streets of Rage was a Double Dragon clone anyways and the people who watch this probably had a Sega Genesis as their first console instead of a NES. So they would know the name Streets of Rage more so than Double Dragon.
I do like WWE Battlegrounds, I just wish they would have updated more on it, it just seems like there was so much hype and nothing came of it. I enjoy the art style it’s in, but again I wish updates were kept up with it.
Raw 2 on the XBox was actually pretty good. BUT had so many weird glitches and odd ways to implement rules. It also still has the best create a character mode. every element of the entrance is covered, even a CUSTOM video
I still enjoy playing wwe2k15, even though it's missing a lot of stuff like Create a title, create diva I don't even play a diva anyway, create an area, I quit match, inferno match, backstage brawl, and more, but I still have fun playing wwe2k15, also the gameplay isn't slow for me, their are kind of fast in my (OPINION) Wwe2k15 is a fun game for me. I'm excited for wwe2k22 btw.
I never played the side scroller wrestling games but I have alot of experience as a kid playing wwf on the n64, dodging all my friends attacks with cartwheels as a masked Kane. Good times.
I’m watching now but Crush Hour is my 4th favorite after HCTP, SYM and 07 lol. It was one of the funnest battle car games ever, although I am enjoying Crossout and TM is my #2
WWE 2K20 is nothing but a biggest dumpster fire of a game that I ever played! I'm glad 2K is shutting down the Road to Glory and the 2K Tower Modes for good as I'll be waiting for not only for WWE 2K22 but for that AEW game that Yuke's is developing.
How's the Nintendo game WWE WrestleMania with Hogan Big boss man and Andre the giant not one here it was unplayable trust me I got it for Christmas and even back then it was terrible lol
WWE2K20 honestly was fine if you got past the bugs. I never even had the issues with the faces vanishing like happened in Assassin's creed Unity. But did have physics issues a lot. Still, better than what aew's putting together.

For a game that you play one or two matches with with your friend before moving to another game, it’s really good. Not for much else though

Survivor Series really isn't as bad as most others on this list. Personally, Smackdown vs Raw 2008 for DS is the worst.

Raw wasn't perfect but I had a lot of fun with it back in the day. Also the ability to use custom soundtracks as your entrance themes was great.
