general tip is to change lens case every three months, wash them before and after each use with solution and to keep them in a clean, dry place. will probably make a video abt it soon!

you can wear it for until 6 hours, using hydrating eyedrops every 2 hours or so. c: let it soak for mga 8 hours siguro before using it again.
