Well..you don't remove the speakers unless you remove the deck. You are right the speakers are easy but you better tell us first how to remove the deck.
i have a 98 accord. can u tell me how to remove the back panel. i am putting n speakers the car didnt have any when i got it and there are no speaker covers to remove

The speaker cover fasteners can be pushed out from the trunk. This will save your speaker panel from breaking.
