NEIGHBOR’S BOAT IS TAKING OVER MY DRIVEWAY - THIS NEEDS TO END NOW!
When I first bought my house, I thought I was escaping the madness of the city for a peaceful suburban life. Boy, was I wrong.
It all started when I found a letter in my mailbox one morning. At first, I assumed it was just junk mail or some HOA notice about grass length or mailbox colors. But as I opened it, my jaw nearly hit the floor.
It was a bill for rent. On my own house.
The letter, written in the most condescending tone imaginable, read:
“Dear Homeowner, due to recent HOA policy changes, all residents within the community are required to pay a monthly property lease to ensure continued membership and community standards. Your first payment of $2,500 is due immediately. Failure to comply will result in penalties, liens, and potential eviction from the property.”
