The absolute best Betadine mouthwash.. we use Betadine in surgery, so if you can only find the full strength antiseptic use 1/3 to 2/3 salted warm water and gargle. Taste is not great, but 2x a day. X2 days and you'll be on the road to recovery.
Best three things for those horrible canker sores; gargle with Listerine; if you can’t tolerate this you could use warm water with salt, and best yet is getting yourself Gly Oxide from any pharmacy; it’s literally an oral antiseptic; great to heal any oral sores or if you’ve had oral surgery & I remember using this great stuff to clean & quickly heal my tongue piercing ❤ hope this helps ! I def mostly recommend the Gly Oxide ! 😅
Your complexion looks so good! I know you were kinda so-so on the highlight, but it's beautiful on you and doesn't show any texture. And the tinted moisturizer just looks like you have really amazing skin! I haven't tried the Yensa bronzer, but I love their serum foundation and concealer.

Viseart is so consistent. And underrated. I think it was super shady how esum stopped selling their stuff after a long time, and then immediately put out their own version of a lot of their stuff, even kinda copying some of the arrangements and packaging.

Middle aged women are more susceptible they believe its due to decreased Estrogen. So protect your tongue while you are young to prevent it from being worse or chronic.
I LOVE the Smashbox HALO I just got it a few months ago… it lasts all day it just keeps looking better and forming to my face like 10 hours later looked better than when I put it in … have to powder for sure but it’s beautiful!!!! And I’m a matte person lol 🤍🤍🤍

Sodium sulfate free toothpaste is a must if you get frequent cancer sores. It’s helped me so much to prevent new sores.

It was probably all three things that were irritating. Spicy and acidic foods, citrus and stress will all cause oral inflammations.
