She's honestly an awesome character because she breaks quite a few stereotypes of that type of character. I'd be surprised if nobody mentioned this before but 'you're in my head like a catchy song' is another beautiful my little pony song that's a common favorite, and it seems that you have in interest in Rarity's character so I would so I would suggest 'art of the dress' or 'the rules of Rarity.' These are some strong Rarity songs that reveal more about her personality but doesn't spoil the show much and you should totally check it out!

Besides the fact that it's an entirely self-contained story that doesn't contain anything you haven't already seen just watching the visual accompaniment to the songs you've already reacted to, the episode is also a musical that has a host of really good songs including one you've already listened to, 'Say Goodbye to the Holiday', and one I've recommended, 'Pinkie's Present'. Honestly, a lot of people overhype Luna's Future because it's a Luna solo. It doesn't really stand well on its own, especially given how short it is. If you decide to jump ahead and watch the episode out of order, it's Season 6 episode 8, 'A Hearth's Warming Tale'. Even if you decide to watch it early, I can't see it being an episode you'd watch once and never again, and not just because of how much of a classic story 'A Christmas Carol' is.

At the Gala is one of the most iconic songs. Lots of musicians in the fandom use samples from it in their songs 6:12 I remember this shot actually tripped me up the first time. "Wait, aren't they on top of a mountain? Oh" 7:10 the way the spotlights sync with the beat is so satisfying. They do that sort of thing a lot in the musical numbers
Funny part, the "Best Friend to the End of Times" song is a bit of a self-parody to the style of songs you often find in the show. But even for a self-parody, it is still quite catchy.
The Magic Inside, Glass of Water, and Rules of Rarity are my personal 3 favorite mlp songs so if you plan on doing more music reaction than those are the ones that i recommend.
not just pretty much. it literally is the very last thing before the end credits of the series finale rolls. lol to be honest, i would say if you plan to do the whole series, maybe just wait for the songs in the eps. there are tons of fans songs available for separate song reactions. and fans can give the best times to react to specific songs. for example, the moon rises and lullaby for a princess are best just after the two-part pilot for the show. "Discord" by the living tombstone is best after the season 2 premiere, etc.

So for the second song, that's Rarity, she's part of the Mane Six, she's the girly girl. She's also a professional fashion designer. She makes dresses and other such items, but mostly dresses. In that episode she goes to Canterlot (that's the name of their capital city) on some business, and because she's friends with Twilight who is Princess Celestia's student, she gets an in, and is given a room at the Royal Palace. Long story short, some fancy ponies find out where she's staying, and if she's staying in the palace she is important by default, therefore they want her around to make THEM important by association. That's why she's "Becoming Popular", as is the title of the song. She's not the one who owns all that super expensive looking stuff, she's just being invited to these events because as far as everyone is concerned, she's of royal importance. Except the fancy dresses, she made those, so those are hers. I'm shocked you haven't listened to This Day Aria yet, it's widely considered to be one of the best songs in the series by a lot of people so it's strange it hasn't been suggested ad nauseum.

"Lullaby for Princess" "Great to be Different" if you want something little darker then "Pegasus Device" Something with more oomph try "Flamethrone Legacy" and for something completely unique try "The Lunar Rebellion" or "Mamorisha" (Protector)" both from JycRow - those are Anime Opening style songs
I would probably suggest "Rainbow Factory" and "Awoken" before "Pegasus Device". PD is an unofficial part 3 of that series with references to both the other two. Rainbow Factory and Awoken were made by Glaze aka Wooden Toaster, PD was made by silphstorm. all three have animated versions, RF and Aw by Brony Dance Party, and PD by SinclairDuGore using a rainbow dash cover of PD by purpleroselyn. and "The Moon Rises" can be watched along side Lullaby for a princess (for the song versions it actually came out first, with lullaby being a followup told from the other side and beyond.). Warpout did the animation for Lullaby for a princess, and the Moon Rises was done by DuoCartoonists (there is a repuload by PonyPreservation since duoCartoonists took their channel down because of youtube bs)

I don't know if people gave you the name's of the mane six and the princesses but here is the list just in case. I hope I'm not too annoying and have fun discovering the serie! Fluttershy has the yellow body and pink hair, AppleJack has the orange body and yellow mane Rarity has the white body and purple hair, Pinkie Pie is well... the pink energetic one, Rainbow Dash is the one with the rainbow color mane and than you have Twilight Sparkle the purple pony. For the princesses you have Princess Celestia with the white body and the green, blue and pink mane, there is Princess Luna the dark blue pony and there is Princess Cadance with the light pink body and the pastel purple, light yellow and pink mane.

In that episode she goes to Canterlot (that's the name of their capital city) on some business, and because she's friends with Twilight who is Princess Celestia's student, she gets an in, and is given a room at the Royal Palace.
Long story short, some fancy ponies find out where she's staying, and if she's staying in the palace she is important by default, therefore they want her around to make THEM important by association. That's why she's "Becoming Popular", as is the title of the song. She's not the one who owns all that super expensive looking stuff, she's just being invited to these events because as far as everyone is concerned, she's of royal importance.
Except the fancy dresses, she made those, so those are hers.
I'm shocked you haven't listened to This Day Aria yet, it's widely considered to be one of the best songs in the series by a lot of people so it's strange it hasn't been suggested ad nauseum.

That's from an unofficial archive of My Little Pony content, but the video on the official My Little Pony channel uses different footage than the visual accompaniment from the episode, instead using clips from throughout the episode with no apparent rhyme or reason besides the fact that they feature the character who's singing at the time. Besides the fact that having the actual visual accompaniment just makes the visual more natural to look at than a video that cuts between various clips, I believe having the song's visual accompaniment to watch while listening to the song is an important part of the experience.

I am not sure they will be your cup of coffee, but they are difinitely my favorite and first three are surely staple of the community as a whole
I would probably suggest "Rainbow Factory" and "Awoken" before "Pegasus Device". PD is an unofficial part 3 of that series with references to both the other two. Rainbow Factory and Awoken were made by Glaze aka Wooden Toaster, PD was made by silphstorm. all three have animated versions, RF and Aw by Brony Dance Party, and PD by SinclairDuGore using a rainbow dash cover of PD by purpleroselyn.
and "The Moon Rises" can be watched along side Lullaby for a princess (for the song versions it actually came out first, with lullaby being a followup told from the other side and beyond.). Warpout did the animation for Lullaby for a princess, and the Moon Rises was done by DuoCartoonists (there is a repuload by PonyPreservation since duoCartoonists took their channel down because of youtube bs)

Fan made songs are great too. Lallaby for a princess and children of the night/come little children. This series is the best show I ever seen.
