A few months back I wasn’t eating breakfast, ate way too many carbs and rarely any protein and got news that I was on the verge of insulin resistance. The last few months I’ve been working hard to implement new healthy habits that I’ve learned from you and researching (protein, matcha, apple cider vinegar before any heavy meals, walks after meals) and I just got back that my numbers went from a 1.8 (.1 away from insulin resistance) to 1.1!! And my BBT has consistently been 97-97.7 in this follicular phase so far vs where it was before at 96 and barely ever got to 97! I am amazed. I never even knew to look at symptoms my body was telling me until I started watching you. So THANK YOU! You are such a blessing! ❤

Good morning girl! I absolutely absolutely love your videos, your knowledge has helped me so much! Just wanted to share something I learned regarding Matcha and conception and pregnancy. Make sure you time it hours away from folate rich foods or vitamins as the catechins (which are an antioxidant) in Matcha can potentially block the absorption of folate for hours after drinking matcha which is essential for conception and especially early pregnancy. I absolutely love matcha but I’ve been switching it to closer in the evening or even doing 1/2 the serving of Matcha and adding Moringa powder with it instead which is awesome for overall health and pregnancy. Anyway I know you love to do your research so feel free to look it up and let GOD lead you. Love you so much and I thank GOD HE brought me your channel! GOD bless you girl!

I get easily overwhelmed with all of the thyroid recommendations(been diagnosed hypo/hashis for 7 years I think). A lot of the NIH and CDC recommendations seem too low? Like 70g of protein for pregnant women is recommended but I know that cannot be enough. Where do you find the information for optimal levels like the 4000 of potassium you talk about?! I also know the nutrient needs change through the trimesters and am having a hard time finding again, targets to hit for optimum nutrition. If you have any information it would be super helpful!
