the thing that keeps me watching is the heartwarming smile he has at the start
Cap you need to get into the floating box attached to the crane and complete the minigame in there to get a double jump. Then you need to go to the minigame next to the stairs i think to access the mannequin school minigame and that will let you get away from the neighbours grasp then u can jump across the basement and look around. Its actually quite interesting. Happy to help
if you want to plant the seed you have to put it in the head of dirt in his yard and then find a watering can then find a sink and press on the tap and then fill up the can and water the seed and it will grow a tree

Some people theorize that you do something else on the other floors like minigames and such to have a bridge/pathway, oh and you need to water the seed you can use the watering tin put it under the faucet and pour it on the seed that is in the mud, from what I've seen

There is more to the game then you think first you have to get double jump, then the ability to punch the neighbor and one more that I forgot!

The tree is suppose to be red and the apple on that tree hanging is gold apple then shoot gold apple when u have it then bring to some of the tall grass that had a sign and a item on floor

In the basement you cam double jump u press space bar twice
aaronsaywhat spent 8 hours completing this, to get the ending you must complete the mini games behind the red padlocked door and the green padlocked door to get the double jump ability and the ability to shove the neighbour off you when he catches you.
you'll also need to plant the seed and water it and a tree will grow (very slowly) and it is believed it will help you access the really high platform beside the house. red door is in the shipping container hanging from the house and you need to jump on the pipe next to the train tracks to glide over to it.
