As so many other fans of the band, their music helped me (and my best friend, also having a hard moment then) go through it all - suicidal thoughts included. After that, I wanted so hard to learn to really speak English so I could thank them and, up until now, three shows later, havent had the chance of doing it. The fact that they made this song puts my heart so much at ease - just because they know it. I dont need to tell them because they already know it all

My grandfather had end stage colon cancer. My hero my idol the strongest man i knew. He was my superman.....he died june 8th 2014.....I watched as my hero slowly withered away due to cancer and chemo. When he passed away i had no idea what to do with my life. I decided to listen to bands i liked back in high school and this song came on the auto play. I just stopped. It described perfectly how i felt. Lost broken insecure and unsure about life. It gave me hope knowing i wasnt alone that there were others who felt as i do and maybe one day things would be better.

I’ve known about Simple Plan for years. Recently I hit rock bottom and I gave up, I told my wife and son good bye and I love them and was curtain I was going to end it all. My 2 year old son gave me the biggest and longest hug I’ve ever gotten and my wife made me promise not to do anything stupid. I stayed for them and they got me through it. And shortly after I rediscovered Simple Plan and found this song. My family and this song saved my life. Thank you

Literally the reason I make music. For a long time I new I wanted to help people in my life, and I rejected the voice in my head that told me to make music. I thought becoming a teacher was the way to help people, but this song made me realize that music could save lives, and that's why I was having this feeling that it was what I was supposed to do. Yesterday my best friend and I released our first song on TH-cam and I've never been more excited in my life. So yeah, I guess you could say this song saved my life too :')🖤
Sometimes I feel like you've known me forever, you always know how to make me feel better...I remember Pierre coming to me and wanting to start to talk and I just started at the same time because I was so nervous and told him how much the band means to me and how much they have helped me in my life. It was awkward cause I had interrupted him but he was so nice and said 'thanks it means a lot'. And at the concert he thanked all the fans again for carrying the band through all ups and downs from the bottom of his heart.Gosh how much I love these guys, this band, this song. THIS SONG SAVED MY LIFE
My grandfather had end stage colon cancer. My hero my idol the strongest man i knew. He was my superman.....he died june 8th 2014.....I watched as my hero slowly withered away due to cancer and chemo. When he passed away i had no idea what to do with my life. I decided to listen to bands i liked back in high school and this song came on the auto play. I just stopped. It described perfectly how i felt. Lost broken insecure and unsure about life. It gave me hope knowing i wasnt alone that there were others who felt as i do and maybe one day things would be better.
I have loved Simple Plan since they started they are awesome and i am forever grateful for them ! THEY literally saved my life!

I love how I am 17. I have been listening to Simple Plan since Addicted was released in 2003. They have grown so much I'm proud to say I knew them before the fame. I think their the most powerful type of band out there right now. congrats
This song is one of my favorites, Honestly Growing up for me was and is tough for me because I was abused, bullied and much more. My father,uncle, grand parents all died, My mom was in a Fatal car Accident, I went through depression, So it's good this song goes well with a lot of people.
