Your the most honest, genuine, funny fella I know even when your not in the right place or frame of mind, and by god you do some good for us, your followers. I hope you enjoy every adventure you come across, and plenty of them. Stay good fella
Yes Haze had a month or so off things but mate gotta say hearing your voice again was like I’ve been ill and your the pill, honestly!! .. bless you my man ins and outs x
In sharing a burden, it gets lighter for each individual. There’s such a close community built around this channel, you can have confidence anything you want to share or not share is appreciated by everyone here. Anytime I’ve seen you having a tough time of it or mentioning you’ve been under the weather, I’ve only found it relatable and felt reassured that I’m going down a good path.
Keep strong haze I'm feeling very lost but just no the outdoors makes me feal good and alive, keep strong brother love watching you feeling alive and happy, get a women in your life, stay of the internet its toxic, 🇬🇧❤
Just what i need to cheer me up, just getting over the end of storm Hermine, garden flooded and carpets wet from leak, heavy rain and winds. Taking a break from cleaning up to watch this.
Entertaining waffle at its best. Looking forward to the next installment. Probably one of the most entertaining you tubers. If Heineken did wafflers.............🙏
Love how genuine and open you are. I have days where I don’t feel like talking to people and mentally close off. So I know how you feel. Your videos are good therapy for some of us in a way 👍🏻🙏
Wooohoo another episode of 'baked not fried '! It is awesome you are open about talking about mental health and keeping the noggin sorted 🙏 cheers for sharing dude!
Pete Lumley said it all. You’re a wonderful person, Paul. Such an inspiration & your honest, personal reflections hit notes with us that we should all take time aside in the day for our own mental health. And then you smash out a 30+ miler! Awesome.
Hi Haze, Yet again another amazing vlog. My god you looked knackered with that cruel Mr.Solar Face beating down on ya. I really dont know where you get the energy from but i'm so glad you find it from somewhere as we get to see these amazing vlogs. Always remember us lot inside the camera are always here for you to chat with. Always a joy and pleasure spending time with you mate. You make us laugh so much with your humour and silliness. lol. Be well and safe travels mate. x
Hot sunny days are great, but I’m really looking forward to you up in the hills. Lashing down with rain and you cooking a Mainsgill steak and a bottle of Malbec. Oh joy 👍🏻
Ahhhhh your honesty! Yay! I couldn’t relate more… I know how the brain ticks over when you’re pounding the miles. I experience it as the perfect balance between pain and beauty.
Been watching you for almost a year now without subscribing, my apologies. You’re churning out these videos atm and I love it! I will get to doing this eventually.
Im really enjoying your walk along the south downs way, you are a great vlogger, you keep it interesting and your natural humour is brilliant 'Medic' lol. Cant wait to watch part 3. Thank you for sharing your content, it means more to people than maybe you think.
Great to see the old stomping ground getting the Haze treatment. I took my wife camping in the woods near where you think you might've got to :-) It was our second date just over 30 years ago now. lots of happy memories all around that area of the South Downs
Your in my neck of the woods at the end here. Lovely scenery - you might have noticed a high building down near the sea - Fitzleet House - nearest thing to a skyscraper we have here in sunny Bognor Regis - lol!!!
Map reading was perfect and yes the A29 Exactly where you were is white ways bike cafe. Me and my dad love it there also love making a F#k load of noise to 🏁. Good video mate plan on doing the S.D.W end of month / next month
Solo Backpacking Along is a good way to recharge your mind, body, and soul! you really inspired my heart to gooutdoors adventure, thanks for your sharing.💪🔥🔥🔥
Cracking views, maybe not as varied as ‘oop north’ but then you get some cracking weather ‘ daaan south’ and what a sunset ☀️. Some shift that by the way lad 🥵
Watched it again. I think I was supposed to as you reminded me to file my thoughts away nicely. Back on track now and best of all I got to watch Map Time again. 💚
Will someone please sigh Haze up and stick him on a walking program on the box... Please also include a latch and locks 5 min addition at the end of each program too... MEDIC!!!! Love the work mate.. TY!
Can’t wait for the next one. Once you get to Amberley and Chanctonbury ring the magic will begin. Ah but you know that Paul cos you’ve walked it. ATB - Chris
Compared to the United States Northeastern hiking trails, yours are a treat! THIRTY MILES was unobtainable unless one was 'Infantry' fit. We have done another part of the South Down Trail and we learned a good bit about farms and geese and whatever. ANYWAY, SHOUT OUT TO CARLISLE 195: thanks to his 'famous' Hayes shrine, I found your channel and now understand the 'respect.'
I’m a local dude, you were right: you camped near that road, Houghton Forest/ Whiteways. I have a couple of regular spots in there but you need to be careful as it’s a busy place 😬 riddled with mtb trails and family walking trails. I’ve been disturbed by poachers in that spot of beech woods you saw that person go into too, which has trails down either side of it but nice broken sight lines and wilder space in the middle. And 1/4 mile away from from your sleep spot a car park and snack kiosk/bogs where all the motorbikes like to hang out on weekends!
Loving this. Any tips on taming robins? I have a few that I'd love to sit with. I have 3 squirrels that visit and will sit with me, and about 10 collared doves, but they fly as soon as I move 😂
Just scored that same sleeping bag for dirt cheap because the buckle on the compression sack was broken. No holes rips etc. Great for moderate weather.
Stunning night. Sometimes you just need to be in your own noggin! Was in Pentland hills today myself came across a couple of latch and locks and thought if you straight away. Keep em coming 👣
What gorgeous scenery , truely beautiful . I hope your feet are ok & you have some good insoles , they make a real difference in the right boots. Lol M
Did the Slate Trail these days and I def feel your pain on the overheating...couldn't get enough water in me n was in every river or lake I possibly could
It's great to see you down south. Looking forward to the next episode when you pass Chanctonbury Ring. It's a 10 mile walk from my house, and I go there when I want to clear my head.
That view with the sunset/moonrise was amazing. The South Downs are great in the heat, an absolute slip’n’slide in the wet with all the chalk/flint. As always a great video brother
Great to see you at my local stretch of the way. The little stone with all the Poppy's is a memorial to a German fighter pilot who came down and people from the near by hamlet came to help him. Looking forward to seeing more.
Great video as always! Little tip for finding where you were, when you’ve forgotten. It relies on you having taken a photo (or video) on your phone. Assuming you have location enabled for your photos, each one will show the location it was taken on a map, and in the meta data. I find it often comes in handy! Once you have the pin, you can find it on your OS/Harvey map.
Im a new fan my friend. All the way from Michigan here in the states. I love a good walk even if its watching someone else somewhere else. If i subscribe its like taking a really long walk i suppose.
Oí I’ve got a bone to pick with you, you inspired me to do the trail in 4 days instead of 5 and it almost killed me! Only joking mate, it was amazing and I absolutely loved the challenge! I love all of your vids, your honesty humour and humility are most appreciated.. can’t wait to see your 3rd and final part of the trail.. Btw I hope the Cotswold is on your list, did it just before this one and it’s just as brilliant! Take care mate peace out ✌️
@@HazeOutdoors you should have gone to other way from Winchester, we could be having a Beer right now in Salisbury. We could be sat in the Wyndham Arms drinking real ale with Phil from Timeteam 😂

Map Time Baby! LOL. Damn Sun! Gets you every time. ;)
Sir Haze you could be reading the phone book and I would still watch. Doesn't matter if the weather was a challenge. That's the beauty of camping!!
