Love this video great playing, I've been working on this solo myself for quite a while and only put it up on youtube 4th Feb, if I had seen this early would of held off and correct my mistakes.....would like to know your equipment pedal chain etc... great sound you are getting

Hi, thx for your comment! Im also still working on this Solo from that Columbian Volcano Concert, ...there are some Parts, Bends, Vibratos, rhythm things, that can be done „better“ when im looking back now to my Version with some distance....
Guitar and Signal Chain was nothing really „special“: a 2009 American Standard Strat with Stock Pickups and some old Strings on it, into a BK Butler Tube Driver, maybe i also used a little hint of Mid Boost from a T-Rex Twin Boost Pedal?... (i cant remember that one 100% sure)..... Then directly into a Focusrite Saffire Pro 24 Audiointerface, into Ableton Live with following plugins: Amplitube 4 Hiwatt Amp and Cab , a hint of TAL Chorus LX, into NI Replika XT Delay, then into Waves Abbey Road Chambers Reverb, which all went into a Waves Abbey Road TG12345 Stereo Console Plugin and a Master Chain Rack from Ableton ( Compressor, Limiter)...... so some sort of „Neighbourfriendly“ Software-Signalchain "compromise"....not 100% happy with that Tone...
      still searching.....
Would be nice to play it loud „enough“ & with the right amount of Volume and that magical real Feedback between Amp, Speaker and Guitar. . . . . . .
Your Guitar looks very close to the one David used back then, "perfect" with its Active Pickup for this Solo

@@NightnDayDreamer BK Butler Tube Driver would have made a big difference to me, I've since bought a BOSS BD-2w to replace the Tube Screamer and thats helped quite a bit
