    A lot of US Law firms have private detectives on their own payroll, who help in the investigation of every case. Indian Law firms should adopt this too.

      @@Songs-lr4wt Umm sure they have more specificity when it comes to marriage- and divorce-related laws. But their laws are so heavily in favour of women, that many men in US these days just don't want to marry, and just want to live-in with their long-time girlfriends. So, that's not a perfect system either.
      Unfortunately, I think Indian laws are heading in the same direction as US.

    A friend of mine had asked for maintenance on the grounds that she was not capable of earning. The dude was in the military and the lady had filed a plethora of charges such as domestic violence, cruelty and what not. Anyways, she won a hefty alimony and maintenance. But a couple of years later she started working for a 5 star hotel where Indian cricket team had gone to stay, and she was part of the welcome committee from the hotel's side. Journos were taking the pictures of Indian team getting down from the bus and being welcomed by hotel staff and in one of the pictures she was also there. Bus kya, husband reached court with the picture. She once again contested the claim but learned the lesson that she can't work if she wants maintanance. While all of us climbed up in our careers, this girl entire life goal became finding another person to marry. She did, and even that failed.
    Wasted her whole life for free money.

    I would also like to raise the issue of gender Unequal laws in our country, please address to it.

    • @KannyValentine

      She goes free because if the nitty gritties of the law hinder the proving process that he is the one who raped her, then she cannot be charged for unfortunately losing the case. • @Xor200
      @Xor200 ปีที่แล้ว

      It doesn't matter what precautions you take, if you are not rich or politically connected you will most probably go to jail and be abused by Judges/Police. People having video and WhatsApps chats which confirm consent 100% are still persecuted/abused by courts and police. The evidence might clear your name after several years and lakhs of rupees spent, huge amount of time wasted in courts and your case reaching the high court (if you are lucky).

    Engaging in legal proceedings can sometimes be time-consuming. Some individuals may seek revenge and attempt to manipulate the involvement of law enforcement officers to alter evidence and the overall situation. Courts rely on evidence when making decisions, so it's advisable to refrain from illegal activities unless you have significant influence. The phrase "revenge is a dish best served cold" suggests that it's often better to bide your time. It's essential to remember that there are various approaches to dealing with challenges.

Focus on yourself, work hard, make lot of money, have lot of fun. Wise men will not tell two things to women his bank balance and his true feelings. Not everyone has that much time to follow someone, some people have important work to do.
    But this thing should be in information to any if the spouse whether man or woman if the other one is having something with someone other than that person after taking all kinds of profits from a person,
    Either opt that person or don't opt for your husband or wife in the first place, but if you had either be loyal or if you can't then leave that person, simple.

      marry only those girls which you or your parents or close relatives know personally.Do not marry ones with a past.and do not marry modern extroverted girl marry a desi introverted girl.do not marry very beautiful girl marry a mid one their chance of cheating is very low.Make a agreement with her of sharing everything money, thoughts, etc . prefer a simple minded girl to marry. Do a very thorough investigation of the girl before marrying.
      Also don't register the marriage immediately. register it after 2-3 years.
      also after marriage give enough time to her and try to be her dream man so that she won't even have a thought about cheating in her mind.

    Isnt this a direct breach of anyone’s right to privacy. Detectives in a way “investigate” and scrutinise a person, and unless anyone belongs to a law enforcement agency, i feel, doing this must be a penal crime. Like: 1 month alimomy for 1 yr of marriage.
      And 20% of salary as alimony. And only if the wife was not cheating or torturing the husband.
      But, Indian laws have no such reasonable conditions. Indian laws are simply anti-men.
