Im a female. My younger brother put false tresspass chargesheet againt me for property for his wife sake... so i got bail for rs 12000 and lost 50000 to stupid lawyer.. then i paid rs 25000 to file quash case in high court
Now total 4 cases are running parallel.. 2 civil for property and 2 due to his police complaint . Next when high court quahes case i have to file defamation case against brother and all other witnesses about 5. Lawyer fees per month is about 10000. Traveling for court and days loss due to court dates. Not able to save due to the corrupt police.. but i wont let my brother get our House.
Every indian parents who Throw daughter out of house for sake of society.. i curse such indian parents. And every indian daughter who leaves own parents to live with husband's parents.. u r an ungrateful daughter.
I have faced the false case rape and won the quashing case. It cost me 2 years of my life and all my reputation/relationship with my relatives.
Paying 1 lakh to a professional is way more affordable than playing with gynocentric courts

Marriage is becoming a deadly trap for Indian men these days due to absurdity of Indian laws. Imagine working hard, earning and saving your entire life then you get married and if you have divorce then everything you have worked for is taken away from you. You lose the house, you loose half of your salary, you loose the kids, plus getting heckled in the courts is common. Imagine paying money to your ex wife who will now use that money to fund her lifestyle with another man. Who'd want that life? Lol. Better to be in a one night relationship. Less issues like these. I mean, there's issue of fake rape cases and all but if the girl is good it's fine mostly!

Society,media,gov,courts, celebrities dont care at all about young men.....they all just want to extract more money for them.....still young men keep foolishly cheering for those same who bash them.
From a situation where the police never registered a rape case and shamed the victim incessantly to a stage where, they collaborate with scammers and false cases are registered, again victim is shamed incessantly…The law and cops system just proved that some of them are more intent on harassing and not listening, rather than justice.
Swinging from one extreme to another is no answer. In both scenarios the perpetrators are and have not been punished.

Problem with Indian law is that such fake cases filed by women are never thrown to the jail ! Women here want equality in this country then why soft corner for the criminal doesn’t matter she is girl she should be gone to jail atleast 10 years plus compensation to guy.
26-Nov- 2020 -Chennai Court Granted compensation amount of Rs. 15 lakh payable by the woman and her parents for falsely accusing a man of r*.

It is opposite. There is some provision in law which makes it easier for women to get bail

In every crime, accused is presumed as innocent and state should prove he/ she is guilty.
They can only punish guilty.
But in cases of women, men are presumed as guilty and he has to prove his innocence.
It is against the existence of judicial system.
Instead of trying to reduce crime, state and judicial system doing crimes.
Overall summary is that India is no country for MEN 😢.
And there is nothing to hold Judiciary and Govt accountable

1.) become gay 🥴
2.) leave this country
3.) don't marry
4.) if you want to marry/date --->>marry/date south Asian girl or atleast girl who is not indian.
5.) if you want to marry/date indian girl --->> be
ready for 50% chance of getting stuck in to false cases.
I met one man (40+ and not married) he is working in private company and good salary (may be around 10-15 lpa), playing video games, travelling world every year, going to gym everyday, extremely healthy and most importantly HAPPY with his sports bike 😂.... he is now dating one south asian lady whome he met in Goa.
it's 2024 it's not that hard to be single in old age, just focus on earning good money, focus on being healthy,...there are many things apart of marrying and becoming parent.
if you are really serious about marriage than find someone from south asian countries,russia,or east European.🧐

Our law whole heartedly discourages sex before or outside marriage. This is a cultural trait that may manifest as legal troubles for anyone having sex before or outside marriage. We are still ultra conservative.
Ramification: hundreds of urban youth will go without marriage and ultimately lead to population decline over a decade.
We need to unite together against these draconian laws against men we have also right to live with dignity the laws who has made first put that person behind the bars against the false charges.
How can the court just turn a blind eye to his proof of "she was having therapy before the relationship"??

Mutual consent divorce ke liye try karo thoda jyada paisa jayega lekin matter badhega nahi. Paise deke mutual consent se divorce lo.
Sabse pehle shaadi me kuch mat mangna aur lena, mana karo. Tab aage jake tumari side strong rahegi. Initial days me Wife ke sath

As a Brit, I can confirm that 🇬🇧 UKKK is just as bad. As Amish advises, do something proactive. And here in Britain, your own lazy Defence lawyer, who fails to prepare your case properly, if at all, is your no. 2. reason for being criminalised.
